They performed x-rays and extracted both teeth on that same day. Dr. Bujila was exceptional and provided a thorough explanation of the procedures that would take place. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff was truly remarkable and incredibly kind. The dental office is new and very well-maintained. They use numbing gel, talk me through everything, and even use small techniques like gentle air to distract me. Yes, it is very disheartening that a client/customer of over seven years that Julia would simply state that she did the best that she could with the canvass that she had and that my situation was NOT correctable. That alone meant that there was no more "glady to work with you and address your concerns". Meanwhile, check out the updated pic of my new teeth that were "not correctable". I have always been a little self-conscious about my smile but absolutely terrified of the dentist…read more I would avoid going at all cost! For this reason, I never pursued the option of straightening my teeth. That is.. until I met Dr. Debi Strand. Debi and I first met at a networking lunch event through the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. I thought that I was a busy bee until I met her! We began to see each other everywhere and quickly became great friends. Hearing her talk about her product and the impact that it makes on peoples lives was inspiring and I knew I wanted to give it a shot! So we did a consultation and before I knew it I was wearing braces!! Entering the office of Dr. Debi is unlike any experience I have ever had. It certainly does not feel like a dental office. Beautiful wood floors, meticulously laid tiles in the bathroom, dental chair that massages you, bright open and cheerful.. She put a lot of thought into her patient experience.
