Recently, we felt the iron filter was not working well enough. We scheduled an appointment for Hanson to send someone over. Dustin came to check out our iron filter and determined that at 15+ years we had some hard choices to make. He walked us through our options, patiently answered my questions, and did not try and sell anything specific. We talked about replacing the water softener at the same time. He ran tests and confirmed it was in working order. We scheduled time for them to replace the iron filter. Again, Dustin and his assistant arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.
