My 4 month old Cavapoo puppy is not playing with large dogs that can trample her and injure her! That is not safe. I asked for my reservation to be canceled after hearing, "we keep them in cages and the dogs all play together regardless of size". If anything were to ever happen to my girl, I would be absolutely livid. Do not take your dog here!

For a routine visit they kept my dog all day, probably because they over booked and then their horrible receptionists didn't call once the dog was done. When I asked why, they admitted that they overbook every appointment and always have too many animals and not enough people to perform the pet grooming services. I received a call 2 1/2 hours later telling me that they were not able to give him a haircut because he was too "anxious," but they gave him a bath and deshed. I was very annoyed. It is their job to perform grooming services, yet here they are calling me saying they cannot perform grooming services. I basically had to pay $100 for a bath I could've done at home and for them to deshed him. When they brought him from the back, they handed him to me and said he's still wet because he was too "anxious" to finish drying him. They couldn't even blow dry the cat! To top it off the added a "Special care fee" to the bill. They couldn't even do the job that I paid for, yet they were charging me an extra fee.

I am someone who tries to be an optimist and will give situations multiple chances before making a final opinion. But this time is my last time. My dog was working with one groomer in specific (Sofie M) and they seemed to have an understanding for each other. Recently I found out that she left the company, and my dog had to go to another groomer. Not only did I come back to my dog's hair being terribly cut, but I had to pay a fee for him being 'too much'. The groomers said that the reason was because of my dog but it leads me to question how (with the exception of the very first time) for months everything was fine but now he is acting up? They then told me that they would not be able to help my dog unless I drugged him. In addition, the blonde lady has given me extreme attitude the last 3 visits and had acted annoyed that she has to be there and help me. She not only had me wait but she had me wait to continue to be on her phone. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because I understand people have off days, but this last time made me think not only is that maybe her personality but also maybe my dog wasn't the problem. So, it's not okay for dogs to act up when they don't feel safe but it's okay for humans to? It is truly shocking that people who are supposed to be able to work with animals can't work with them unless they are drugged.

It's important to us to be able to have the dogs stay at home when we're away so having someone come to the house is absolutely incredible. Lauren and her staff have always been great with our dogs and even when something hasn't 'gone well' (let's just say intestinal distress) they've been great about cleaning up and contacting us. It's also great that since they come to our house instead of boarding the dogs we kind of get a built in house sitter too-not that there's any reason to break in (besides, the dogs would love a chance to sic balls). It was like being in our own home. There was a fish tank, bookshelves, etc. My husband thought it was a bit over the top, but I can see how dogs would find it much more comforting than a cat would. Molly was peaceful and calm. She was allowed to be in her carrier after the initial catheter procedure. She didn't like the catheter in her leg, but otherwise it was much better than lying on a hard metal table. We opted to let her gently fall asleep and then left the room for her final moment.
