I said that I would probably need a cap with a hook to pull my hair through and I was shown where they were and I said that I didn't like the tiny hook because it is hard to get my hair through the tiny holes in the cap and the person said the holes are small so the small hook would be fine so then I asked if I should go through every other hole or every hole next to each other thinking that this person knew how to do hair and the person said, I don't know, I've never highlighted hair. This is like nails on a chalk board. So I've had this happen before at other Sally's where the people don't know anything about hair etc. but yet, act like they are a pro and know what they are talking about. I should look hair questions up online and don't let anyone at Sally's help me except to show me where an online or GPT recommended product is.
