Walked in on a Saturday and was told by Michele appointments were preferred but none the less she took our information and what we were looking for. We were told she would call Monday. 2 weeks go by and we got no call. We called and made a formal appointment. We sat down with Michele again who seemingly had none of our information from the previous 45 minute discussion. We sat there and rehashed everything. Dates, places, ect. Then watched her fumble on the computer for nearly 2 hours for one quote. She said she would call us again the following week with more quotes. Never did. We booked the trip ourselves for the same price. She seemed very knowledgeable but doesnt follow through. We will go elsewhere to book travel. Very disappointing. read more

We dealt with the Easton office for a 12 day Celebrity cruise to Greenland and Iceland, the trip was wonderful but not because of Boscovs travel. Transfers were not provided and we had to get them ourselves, we were told we didnt need adapters but you needed them in the airport etc, a viator excursion was supposed to be planned but luckily I found the mistake! No need for a travel agent like this you can plan it yourself better. Total incompetence read more

Hello everyone it is me, Stanley, and just so yas all know, I'm currently in boscovs as I write this review. Or as I like to call it the bos of the cov. Thank frickin god I have my stylus to make typin it easier haha. I hurt my thumb the other day and no it's none of ur business how or why so stop askin. Anyway back to the review. Recently I was in the cov of the bos and I saw a rugrat hoodie with every rugrat on it, even chuckie (usually he's not on them) . They didn't have my size and even though I was honestly in tears, the sales gal told me they had none in the back. I couldn't stop thinking about it so I came back to the bos today and just tried on the only one they had left (size XS) ... I tried it on and now waiting for the fire department to get here to cut me out of it :/ Anyway great customer service from the cov today. She arranged everything for us from getting us to the dock in NYC to arranging everything onboard the cruise ship to getting us back to our pick up point. (This is only for the Optical Center at this location.) I've got a guy who I trust implicitly for eye exams and I never would dream of coming here for one of those. But, while that guy is the best that office charges what I feel is way too much for frames & lenses. Enter a five second Google search and up popped Boscov's as having an optical center and up popped Boscov's as having monthly coupon specials which are pretty damn good. The optical area inside the store is small and seemingly there is only one person working so if things get backed up or if the phone starts ringing things do get a little chaotic but overall both of our visits were fairly solid. Visit number one we came with the print out of the prescription from the place where the exam was done. We also had a coupon for kids eyewear that said for $79 it was two pairs with scratch resistant lenses with a full warranty. Not a bad deal considering the place where the exam got done at more or less offered no frames under $200. The only catch was that you had to stay under a certain price for both sets of frames which overall wasn't too difficult as a good number of frames qualified. Check out was fairly easy although this is where the one negative occurred which led to the losing of a star. We were told that one pair would be ready in a week at the most since it was the display model and right there whereas the other pair would take seven to ten days and that they would call when each pair was available. That never happened as apparently both pairs came at the same time, two weeks later. Visit number two was even easier as there was no one else there and we were in and out in under ten minutes with everything being perfect. Overall this is not my idea of a place where I would shop for everyday things (at least not until I get my AARP card) but all things considered the Optical Center was a good deal and in the future I would have no problem coming back here for that again. (Also worth noting is that the Optical Center keeps shorter hours than the rest of the store. As an example, the store is open 11-6 on Sundays but Optical closes at 3.) read more

Great buys to get at Boscov's. Most of my clothes were bought at this store and reasonably priced. Unfortunately they have customer clerks who tend to be rude and judgmental. I guess it is the sign of the area but I would recommend Boscov's to anyone however, you must rise above the rudeness of the staff. Ironically most of the staff is made up of senior citizens. It's worth the hassle to get good quality supplies and clothes at a decent price. read more

Salesmen lie about what the warranty on a lift chair covers. My handicap wife sits in it. When the lift broke Boscov's said it was miss use. It is a chair and she sat in it. Miss use ? Piss poor customer service and management. They down care about the handicap. No stars. read more

my mother-in-law went to boscovs palmer park 11/20/19 on the bus from her assisted living center and made a purchase at the cosmetics counter with her VISA card. When the salesperson asked her if she wanted to save 15% she declined since she had to get back on the bus, but the sales lady took some information. That purchase on the VISA card - was then REMOVED by Boscovs and the purchase was put on a new Boscovs card which my mother-in-law says she didn't want but the card was received a few weeks later. One of her difficulties is finances. When she didn't pay and Boscovs charged her a late fee, we talked then I paid it as her Power of Attorney and closed account via phone. But it didn't get closed, they're sending her coupons, etc. and no cooperation of course from Boscovs headquarters. It's unfortunate that a salesperson sees my mother-in-law as a quick commission. I see the process as a sneaky tactic in which Boscovs takes advantage of the elderly. read more

My favorite store. We recently bought two twin adjustable beds to equal a king bed when pushed together. The frequency was the same for both and one remote made both beds operate the same instead of both remotes operating separately . I called the sales rep that sold us the bed and he came to our house and fixed it himself. He went far beyond his duty. If you ever want furniture go to Boscov's and ask for David. read more

Bought a $3000 couch from Boscov's Easton in July. Was told it would probably be delivered sometime October but definitely by the end of November. I called multiple times in November and was told more than once that it was still slated to be delivered by November 30th. I was given multiple time frames for delivery. It is now almost January and my couch is missing. Sometimes when I call it is in production and sometimes they tell me it's on route but this has been going on for over a month and they still have not contacted me for a delivery date. They not once reached out to let me know it would be delayed and I understand pandemics cause production issues but it should be their responsibility to reach out and let customers know that their delivery will be literal months late after being assured multiple times that the material and style I chose would not be affected by the pandemic. the sales man I last spoke to let me know that they are not given time frames for delivery, so basically I was being lied to and deceived for months by men that had no idea how long I would be waiting. They are not reliable nor do they return phone calls so I will not be purchasing from them in the future. Terrible experience. read more
