The Lehigh Valley is large enough to have two Sam's Club locations, one in Allentown and one here in Easton. This store is located in the Northampton Crossings, and aside from a little in complex confusion with the roads, is easier to access and has much better parking. Store is at the very end of the complex, so you really can't miss it. First of the problems with this location is it has no gas pumps, and that can be a deal breaker when deciding to shop here. Another problem is this store is smaller than the Allentown Sam's, and has a narrower selection of products in some areas, which is surprisingly noticeable. Advantages to shopping here can be the slightly smaller crowds. Overall if this is your local Sam's Club it's fine, but if you're closer to Allentown's, I'd shop there instead for the larger selection along with the access to gas pumps. read more

I love shopping at Sam's club! I think it's super organized at this particular Sam's and typically everything I want is in stock. There are times that if you go towards the end of the day they will be out of things like bananas, rotisserie chicken or other fresh foods. I love when the seasonal items come out and their limited time buys. We typically do the pick up and everything is quick and efficient as well. Staff is always polite from what I've experienced as well! It can definitely get pricey if it's bigger orders which is something to keep in mind. read more

I recently visited Sam's Club in Easton, Pennsylvania, to get a new membership and unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was less than satisfactory. Maddy, who was working at the front desk, was not very helpful. I felt that my concerns were not addressed adequately, and the overall customer service could have been much better. So past few years I have been a costco shopper. Granted I have a membership for BJs and Here. This location is very nice. I have not been to a Sam's club in years but what's new is the whole self check out which is very convenient. Also ordering food they also have a little station to order from as well then you pick up your food. Besides shopping there I love being able to eat and shop. They have amazing smoothies which are amazing. read more

I haven't had any major issues with this Sam's Club. Everyone has been nice and they also added a food court which is also a plus. FYI: It is a smaller store than the one on Airport road. It also does not have a gas station which I wish it had. Other than that, it's your run of the mill small/medium size Sam's Club. read more

I brought my car to the Easton Sam's Club to have a new battery installed. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk and take my order. I was told the car would probably not be ready for 2-3 hours. Less than an hour later, they called to say it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I waited 30 minutes at the Tire and Battery desk for someone to wait on me. No less than 4 other employees made radio calls into the automotive bay to let them know customers were waiting. When they finally did come out, a computer problem delayed my departure by another 10 minutes. To be clear, the employees working in that department were courteous and as helpful as they could be, and apologized for the delays. They are short staffed and are required to work the counter, answer the phone and do the actual work. That's arrangement is patently absurd. It should not have taken 45 minutes to pick up a car that was already fixed and paid for. This is a clear and abject failure of store management, who is more worried about inventory control than customer service. They are famous for their lousy pay, so how much would it really cost to add another employee to cover the counter, register and phones? I can tell you this... I will not be buying tires and batteries at Sam's Club anymore. I will gladly pay a little more to be treated like a valued customer. read more

Is it right that at the entrance to Sams club, they have a worker wiping all the cart handles with a cleaning cloth/ old towel. She said she is using bleach on it. I'm tho king they are too cheap to use wet wipes? Wouldn't that be more sanitary? Please someone explain this to me. Saw an item that i really wanted. Unfortunately, the last item on the shelf was an open box. I asked an employee if they would check the computer to see if there happen to be any additional items in stock. He told me that there was no point in looking when there is an item on the shelf that I could buy. I showed him that it was an open box, and he responded "if you don't buy it someone else will. Someone will restock the shelf once this one sales". What's the point of paying for a membership to be treated so poorly? I'm going back to Costco, where customer experience matters. WARNING: DON'T BUY APPLIANCES AT ANY SAM'S CLUB or SAMSCLUB.COM: (Read this before you order)! 10 weeks ago, I ordered an oven from samsclub.com at a great price and the deal included delivery, installation and haul away. As a Sam's Club member, I was happy to find this deal. But that was it. After I placed my order, no one contacted me for anything - not delivery nor an installation date. However, since it said on my order that delivery would be on 7/23/20, I waited to see if they would deliver it on this date. I was also worried it would dropped off without installation, so after a few weeks went by, I decided that was enough and I wanted to confirm a delivery/installation date. I called customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes to finally get a Sam's Club customer service. She said they'd have to contact the vendor for an installation date. She put me on hold for 35 more minutes and when she finally came back, she said she emailed the vendor because the vendor did not answer. The next day I called again and was on hold for 23 minutes to finally speak to a customer service rep. He put me on hold for another 30 minutes to try to reach the vendor(lG), but the same thing happened as the day prior - he couldn't reach the vendor so after the 30-minute hold he told me he emailed them instead and would alert me if he heard anything. The following day I called AGAIN (naturally beginning to lose my patience) and was again on hold for 30 minutes, this time to speak to customer service rep, John. I asked John to speak to a supervisor or manager. He said he wanted to know my issue and I responded NO and that I wanted it escalated to a supervisor, since at this point I had already reiterated my problem to multiple others and nothing had been done. Thus, I told John that I wanted to speak to someone above customer service, to GET ME A SUPERVISOR, and again I was put on hold and this time waited 45 MINUTES before finally hanging up. The next day I called and spoke to member services and got nowhere yet again! It's been 10 weeks, 25 emails, 3 online chats and 4 calls, a lot of my time on hold and a lot of talking and chatting since I placed my order. And yet I still have not heard ONE WORD about my oven. I don't even think they have supervisors or managers and definitely no one interested in helping me. WTF! I did receive the bill, however. Update My Samsclub.com experience compared to my new Home Depot experience! {Sams-} I am now being told through email that I've been refunded (for the oven I still want) the one I Ordered 10 weeks ago and that it had been out of stock and that's why I did not receive it. This store's employees totally lack communication skills, they also like to overexaggerate situations, prejudge situations and embarass customers when they have the chance, yet Walmart and Sam's Club employees have the nerves to demand a higher wage, I call it irrelevant, if you want better wages, treat customers better and perform better, then you have some leverage. For now, you don't deserve it, you don't. And yet I thought it was nice, and this location was one of my favorites, but between 2013 to 2015, they have deteriorated enough for it to drop to the bottom 5. If you want more a more competent experience, go to the Allentown Location or better yet, skip over Route 987 and apply for a BJ's Wholesales Club membership because as far as I know, Sam's Club in general deteriorated. Also, if you have access to Costco, go to Costco down in North Wales and apply there. BJ's and Costco are far more competent and they improved like nuts over the past several years. Sam's is a different story, you don't treat paying members like an outsider. I did not pay $50-$100 for a membership but get treated unfairly and like someone who don't belong there. Walmart and Sam's Club need to design a better, more competent customer treatment skills that treat them like humans and innocent decent humans, otherwise, this is pretty much an one star review that will stick, and I don't really like to leave 1 star reviews and such a negative review but a recent experience forced me to. They did not even apologize for being so horrible and rude, like they want to throw me out, even the manager didn't give a you know what, I did not come to your location to give a $36 boost for nothing. We recently joined Sam's club through an event at my wife's employer. They are opening the new one out on Airport Road in the shopping center. We went to the one in Nazareth just to compare what they offer, prices, etc in comparison to BJs. We use to be members, but that was years ago. It was OK, there were a few items that would save us some bucks - but the obvious item to note is that Sams club definitely carries over the culture from the Walmart stores. YES - You get to stand in line forever while their people stand around and stare at the lines. :| read more

The worst tire experience in my life. Went there to get four tires and was told I needed an appointment. The fat women who came over when I asked for a manager did not care and proceeded to tell me that website is probably outdated and that I was out of luck. I ended up driving to the Allentown location and was helped right away. That fat manager did not even offer to call other clubs to see if they had an available appointment. Either go to Allentown or other tire shops. This is not the one. read more

I was in need of new tires and was on a budget. I ordered 4 Goodyear's at a great price! They were so flexible on getting me in to get them installed. Only took 45 minutes and everyone was super nice! Will definitely use them again. read more

If you think you are saving money buying tires, think again. You have to ask, what is your time worth. It took them 4 hours to mount 4 tires. They claim you have to make an appointment or the will try to fit you in. Never again! BTW nowhere on their web site does it say that you need to schedule an appointment. read more
