I just wanted to figure out why they weren't accepting the gift cards and I felt like he was just trying to show off to his other co-worker how to handle difficult customers. I brought…read morein my custom build (5 years old) because my CPU indicator on my MoBo turned red, and I honestly couldn't figure it out, I thought it might've been the processor that wasn't seating right, thermal paste, chord issues, etc. Central Computers not only did they find the right issue which was some weird faulty reset button in my tower, they made sure to not force the wrong option on me and accidentally sell me a new processor/MoBo/whatever the most common replacement is for the error. They gave me back my computer with diagnostics fee being the only cost I paid (39 bucks at the time!) and she's back in working order! Really appreciated their ability to work around my schedule too. Granted he couldn't see exactly what was on the gaming cartridge until he got the rest of it up and running, but we bought the other remaining pieces of his computer here. Everything was incredibly organized and in lockboxes, but the employees were able to unlock and let you look or read the description of each item if need be.
