Called in the other day to ask for a battery replacement on my 2011 Mac Book Pro and worked with Andrew. He had to order the battery and said he will call me once it comes in. We have been buying from Randy for a few years by either buying new ones or trading in our older ones for upgrades. Randy is always so personable and happy to help his customers. Even though the items are used, Andrew does an awesome job restoring them and they work like new. IF anything and I say IF anything goes wrong, they will check it for us since it's under warranty but after buying, gosh, maybe up to 10 times, we never had any issues. My latest buy was a Mac all in one for my Cricut business and love the fact that it's fast and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Last time I came here the girl told me that everything was brand new, they are all just older year models (2012-2015) that no one bought and they buy in bulk from Apple. I come back today to buy an iPad, it's advertised IPad Air $179 and comes with free iPad keyboard. I ask if he can do 150 and he goes to $160...great! I see it has a bunch of scratches and i ask if it's new or used...used. Umm ok..that's fine even though I came here on the premise it was new reluctantly I buy..after tax it's $176. He swipes my card and bags up my stuff and ask for my keyboard and literally tells me that I only get that if I paid full price. So shady. So he SELLS me the keyboard case for an additional $10 even though it should have came with it. Super annoyed and instantly having buyers remorse I get over it and get home to see there's a issue with the screen rotation and the battery dies in an hour! This is a piece of crap...I'm sooooooo upset about this purchase and now I have to drive ALL the way back to SJ again to swap it in hopes of not getting another piece of junk???
