Decided to go here because it's really near by my house and I saw the review they have good reviews. Anyways I got mink lashes and since I don't usually get lashes done I asked the person who's going to assist me what's size of lashes that's better. She keep saying it's up to me and because different people have different opinions. I know that's but I wouldn't ask for her opinion if I'm not okay with it. Found another place close to home! Big tip : must make an appointment, but Sally is so good at accommodating her schedule to yours. Love this little place, it is so clean and so well decorated. I've been getting eyelashes for over a year, and now Sally recommended that I get the mink lashes... wow!!!! you feel the difference. I did tell her I'm not in my 20's so I don't want heavy ones, or ones that are very exaggerated ... I do think they are very full, long and a little exaggerated but I'll have to get used to mink eyelashes. However, I can't go to classic once you feel the softness of mink lashes. Would not recommend. Went in for a wispy hybrid set. That same day lashes from my right eye started falling off. By the 3rd day my right eye had barely any lashes. I called to see if i can go in to get it fixed & was told "I don't have time for you today"...Literally a waste of money, I'd go to someone who KNOWS how to apply them right, instead of going here!! read more

Sally is an amazing lash tech! I have been seeing her for almost a year. I like eyelash extensions that look natural. Not too dramatic because of work. This was my first time here at MC Sally Eyelashes. I've done my lashes at other places and I have to say this is by far the best place I've been to. Sally was informative and patient. Since I was new to her store, she went over the types of different lashes and helped me picked out what would look good on me and she was right! I did the Hybrid and I loved how it turned out. She took her time and was very gentle with my lashes since I have very thin lashes. She did one eye at a time which to me was comfortable than having both eyes taped at the same time. Her studio is very clean and very cute! She has snacks and water and I felt very comfortable. She even gave me a blanket. If this is your first time, this is the place for you! The reason I won't be back is because the first time I got my lashes done with her my lashes fell off real fast , I made an appointment with her and saw her on the 14th day , I communicated to her that my lashes had fallen off very fast and she didn't charge me that much , she charged me the 2nd week amount , but again on my second time on the 14th day of doing my lashes with her again, I feel like my lashes look like it's been 4 weeks. I won't be coming back as I can't afford to be there every two weeks and the drive as well as looking like my lashes are bunk. Where do I start! Me being able to say I trust her is a lot. She's working above me as my eyes are taped and made me completely comfortable. It sounds silly but I've gone to places where I just couldn't relax. But she makes everything easy. I followed Sally from another location and there's a few reasons why. She is super friendly and professional! She answers in a timely manner and will always try to accommodate you. Customer service is under rated but not here, when she opens the door she's always got a smile, she remembered me since the first time I went and chats with me like an old friend. The place is nice and as you sit there's water and snacks available which is so thoughtful! She got the table ready for me and had me lay down while she washed her hands. She then went over with how I wanted my lashes and then, she begins.. there's no harsh chemical smells which I appreciate, she takes her time making sure every lash is as it should be. She's gentle and I've never had any irritation from the products she uses. Once I hear the fan go on I get excited to see my lashes. As always they're amazing! When your done she has a little baggie ready for you with a spoolie and a sponge for after care and will remind you of the do's and don't's and a stamp card to earn stamps to get money off. I've gone to so many different lash techs and I've never found any that come close to Sally. My biggest concerns are the end result, products used, customer service and knowledge. She surpasses expectations, as every part of the process is well thought out. Once she does your lashes you'll see why I stay with her! read more
