Customer service was friendly. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with everything plus hots and an order of cheesesteak egg rolls. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. The chicken in the cheesesteak sub was different than the chicken in the egg rolls. Both flavorful but the texture was different. I appreciated the fact that the sub wasn't messy, easy to handle and the bread though soft kept its hold. Reviewing the food truck. But have had great experiences both times visiting. Friendly customer service (Kim is the best of course when you can catch her!). Customizable burgers any way you like them. Their set menu is creative, and you can switch out any patty for turkey or vegan. I had the Turkey burger off the menu with a few mods and it was delicious. The fries are crispy to perfection and seasoned. Beware if you're a fry lover, you won't be able to stop! My folks tried the beef burger and added pulled pork, bacon, mushrooms, pepper jack, and more...and said it was absolutely phenomenal! Been by this place many times and finally made a plan to go in. Let's start with the food, I ordered a burger combo, including onion rings and a can of pop. This was rare because when there is a bun, it instantly over cooks it. This was no exception. The meat had an odd taste to it, so I asked the young lady who took the order if there was seasoning in the meat. She said yes. They get their meat in fresh in a long tube, cut it season it, and weigh the patties. I managed to eat less than half of it. It was that bad. You can't get a plain unseasoned burger there! Additionally, the aftertaste would not go away.The onion rings were good, My husband ordered the cheese steak sub with Swiss cheese and the works, that was very good, he said. And it was huge! The cheese steak is from fresh sliced ribeyes and unseasoned. A world of difference. They do not accept cash, only electronic payment. The secret is out! This spot was a hit with the lunch crowd customers while I was there and thoughtful customer service was given to each customer. My family and I stopped by because their menu had a little bit of something for everyone. It was a smaller place. Carryout style but nice and clean. Had the tv on, I think it was good network because there was a grilling competition on. The service was okay. The lady was well versed in the menu and items. There was a guy who seemed a little off that kept coming in and trying to hand his keys to what seemed to be either the owner or manager (he got in a car that had the logo on it and he would go in the back to get staff because there was a line or what have you. I've been seeing pics of Boss Burger on Instagram for quite awhile now and finally got a chance to check them out. I was around the corner getting gas so I decided to call in my order beforehand. The young lady I spoke to over the phone was very nice and explained the different toppings that come on different burgers. By the time I pulled up, I received a text message saying my order was ready. I ordered "The Gobble" which is a turkey burger and was very good. Was passing through White Marsh and stopped by with my son for lunch. We both did the build your own burger. The burgers were really tasty. The fries were also tasty and came in a generous portion size. We both got the boss sauce, that was tasty, but was kind of runny which made the bread a little soggy after a few minutes. The menu here is so diverse and I love it. It does not matter what you order on the menu the food is amazing. My mother, who does not like anything, loves their cheesesteaks. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well as options for meat eaters. That's hard to find these days. They are very into customer service, and they will make exactly what you want. I'm start this review off with the fact that I was Hesitant to try a new burger place as many have let me down. But I looked up the yelp and Google reviews and seen pictures and this place spoke to me. The words come eat here echoed thru my brain, so eat there I did. I git the jerk burger as i.am a big fan of anything jerk thanks to living in South Florida for a long period of time and having any friends from the islands. This burger was what I would call a basic Jamaican burger, this is what I would imagine eatting if I order a burger in Jamaica. The burger is real beef nothing frozen here or pre-made, has a blend of spices and a very tasty jerk sauce on top, and probably mixed inside. The inside part I can't say because I didn't ask. But those burger was super juicy and was very good. I order the boss burger at the suggestion of the girl at the counter she said the shrimp burger at first but im not bog on seafood So I passed on that one. I took this burger home to save for later and about 2 hrs later it was still warm in the wrapping showing it was wrapped fresh and hot. This burger made my mouth water and with just a few bites i wasin burger heaven. They have many more burgers on the menu and I will be back for sure I done shared this place with 2 friends of mine who are in that area more and they will be going in. I also got the combo normally 3.99 extra but they had a special for 1.99 couldn't pass that up. I got onion rings instead of fries which seemed fresh battered to me and are nice and big. These rings were great, I wish they had a ring sauce or gave you the option to get the jerk sauce, they might have if I asked which I didn't think to do, so once again my fault not theirs.
