Even with that in mind, I felt like I was being rushed through the ordering process rather than welcomed as a customer. One of the reasons I keep coming back to this location is because the staff is usually upbeat, engaging, and makes the experience enjoyable, so this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. I'm not saying she was rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth and customer engagement. My suggestion would be to remind staff that while it's important to ask about add-ons, promotions, and other menu items, the delivery matters just as much. I also don't like when they take your order with gloves on. You have to pay close attention and make sure they change them, which should be a rule. Before you take an order discard gloves. Customers can tell when those questions are being asked because they're part of the job versus when they're being asked with genuine enthusiasm and good customer service. A positive attitude and friendly energy can make a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately, that seemed to be missing during this visit.

When I arrived I parked on the side of the building since they don't have any parking in front. There were not many people in line so I was able to place my order quickly. I just wanted a little cheeseburger a regular fries and a regular drink. Total came to a little bit more than twenty four dollars. I didn't remember how expensive it was. While waiting for my order to be ready I went over to fill my drink I noticed the floor was very slippery. It had been raining off and on all day so maybe that was why. Hubby and I visited because it was late, and this place was one of the only places open. My food was sooo good. The 2nd time was last Wednesday, and I ordered online for pick up. They offer endless fries as part of your burger. We like the sweet potato fries. The service is excellent! Because we are frequent diners we have gotten to know the servers and they have all been great. A manager typically stops by during our meal to see how it is going. We know they are measured to stop by each table but they do it all the time. Consistency with servers working there a long time makes for good management. We typically like to sit in the bar area. There are some nice booths and it seems to be more quiet than in the main dining room. I know this is a chain restaurant but our experience has been great and we keep going back.
