We had so much fun Go-Karting! The go-karts went much faster than I expected. The staff did a great job orienting us to the vehicle and how to use all the controls. They provided us with the appropriate safety equipment, making it a very fun experience! They also gave us print outs of our lap speeds for each round we played. I would definitely come back and play again! They also have axe throwing and a virtual reality game which we didn't have the opportunity to try, but other people looked like they were having a great time!

This is a great spot to try go-karting as the staff were helpful and friendly and the facility is spotless. We were here for a corporate event and they did a great job keeping everyone safe by following Covid-19 procedures while still having a good time. It is very high tech and a far cry from the old tracks I grew up on when I was a kid. I'll be back for sure!!!

I was a little hesitant because of the pricing, but Boss PRO-Karting provides a complete, safe, and fun experience. It's very easy to make a reservation online and the staff was flexible when I arrived to make sure that everyone in our group was able to ride together. They have lockers, parking, food and drink, and plenty of sitting areas to wait for your round. The driving itself goes by pretty quickly, so make the most of it! If you have long hair, bring a pony-tail so it doesn't get caught in the helmet. It's a fun time!

COVID standards were great. Go karts were fast and fun. Axe throwing was cool. Joe was very helpful with throwing tips & had fun game ideas.

Don't bother going here, they have no respect for people's time…read more On Sunday, October 23, my girlfriend and I went to Airport Go-Karts because it was a really nice day and I had a Groupon. Since we were coming from Chagrin Falls, I double-checked their Web site, Google Maps, and called to make sure they'd be open. Their site appears to have zero information about when they're open. Google Maps shows they're currently open Thursday through Sunday. When I called there was a prerecorded message which included days and hours of operation. Guess what? We wasted about an hour of our time and two gallons of gas. We made the trip only to find Airport Go-Karts completely closed for the season. In fact, the large sign on the side of the road said the last day of the season was September 25th. So this place has been closed for almost an entire month but hasn't bothered to update its hours on its phone recording or Google Maps (and probably other spots as well). Two other cars showed up shortly after we got there. I talked to someone who got out to look at the hours and he had no idea they were closed either; he hadn't even noticed the message on the road sign. In fact, the sign on the entrance still listed days and times the they're open, there was no mention of being closed for the season. On top of all of that, they still have offers available on Groupon (which will likely expire before they reopen). What a joke. I won't won't waste more of my time trying to go to Airport Go-Karts again in the future.

After being told my 9 year old was tall enough to ride by herself we get to the front to be told that she isn't. Nice communication between staff members!!(sarcasm) so I had to wait with her and our other 2 while my husband went around with another one of our children. When we finally made it to the front (again)They refused to let me pull my friends from the back of line to ride with my other children so we could all get a turn. They refused to let my husband do a couple laps with our other kids. Instead the only response we got was, you have to wait in line. Another 2 hours??? Are you kidding me?? This is my first and last time I will EVER come to this place. There is no short line time, and we had to wait longer for the double go karts all to be told 3 were down so we had to go to the back of the line to start all over. HORRIBLE experience. Wouldn't recommend my enemy to this place.

We had a mix of boys and girls ranging in age from 5 to 11, and it was amazing to see how every single one of them equally loved it! We were there in the winter and it felt like we practically had the place to ourselves. The variety of things to do kept everyone entertained--we went snow tubing, played a ton of games in the arcade, bumped cars (that even my 5 year old was tall enough to drive alone and she was absolutely thrilled!), rode the rides, and even had a blast dancing. The 'paintball' (the little gel beads) was such a hit with the kids, and we ended the day perfectly by roasting marshmallows by the fire. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was for our family of 4 to have 3 hours of uninterrupted nonstop fun! What really stood out was the atmosphere. You can tell that whoever runs this place truly cares about it. It's so well-maintained, and honestly, the bathrooms were incredibly clean!!!! This was a huge deal for us because we drove an hour and a half to get there--we needed a clean spot to change everyone into snow pants when we arrived and back into regular clothes before the long drive home. It made the whole trip so much smoother! Every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the lady working the concession stand--she gave each kid a different patterned cup so we could keep track of whose was whose! Little details like that really went a long way with me. You can tell the staff takes real pride in the guest experience. We had the best time ever and are already planning our next trip. We will definitely be back this winter, and we can't wait to come back in the summer! Highly recommend for families!

If you aren't going to ride, it is free. My boys ages 9 and 16, my nephew age 13, and my niece age 6 always have a blast. From 5-6, they do the water slides since they close at 6. From 6-8, they do everything else in the park. There is a mini roller coaster, bumper cars, go karts, the infamous tilt a whirl, mini golf, a batting cage, an arcade and so forth. For the price of $16, you can't beat it! We have local places back home and they cost more than $16 just to ride the go karts twice. Last summer, I wrote a review about the grounds not being handicap friendly because it was all gravel. Well to my surprise, they paved the grounds so now handicap individuals can also attend with family and friends. You don't have to wait in long lines like you would at a local city fest/carnival, state fair, or themed amusement park. No outside food or drink is allowed. There is a small concession stand that sells water, pop, pretzels, nachos, pizza, etc. The 2 vending machines located by the go karts are still out of order. Instead of buying a 65 cent can of pop from the machine you must pay $3.00 for a bottle at the concession stand. On my last visit in June, I mentioned the machines being out of order but they still are inoperable. I guess I will call the vendor myself because $3.00 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. The manager Christine is very friendly. She found my iPhone magnetic charger that I left at the entrance when purchasing wristbands. They have lockers for 50 cent where you can place your personal belongings. Overall, the kids had fun and it didn't break my pockets so that's all that matters. I don't know what people expect for such a minimal price! I guess you can't please everyone.
