This is my first time that I get windows tinted at all and I decided to come to Boss Tint because of the great reviews on yelp and google. Everything is 100% true, the owner is super professional, the shop is SUPER clean and nice looking. There is a waiting area with a TV and a remote control that's ready for you can play a movie or a show on NETFLIX. There are actually good snacks and water and other good goodies. My windows were done in no time! They have systems that seem to keep everything organized including the schedule. I am very impressed since I came there just to ask for prices and book an appointment but I came out with more than what I expected, my windows were professionally tinted in no time. main thing is that the owner does the work himself. So there is no mistake as far as the reviews go. He does all that work by himself so you get more attention to detail rather than other big shops where you can get cheaper prices but dont talk to the person installing the tint. My experience: I messaged Jason when I was planning the tint installation and he was able to give me prices with a few pics i provided him. I know he had some difficulty with my rear window since it was a really old film that broke off every time he tried to remove it. The car was pretty simple as it just has 2 big door windows, 2 quarter panel windows and of course the rear window. The price was close to competitors and as I said, you CAN get cheaper prices but in the future, I feel like they might not honor warranties since you never deal with owners directly. Overall, I can trust Jason to honor any issues I might have with the film or the work he did if I did come across any defects in the future but it seems like that wont happen. He knows what he is doing and also did excellent work on the window edges so I like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WAITING. Tinting takes time so it is better drop off your vehicle. He has a closed shop and it is extremely clean! Nothing more satisfying that a business with a clean shop. So I do recommend him for all the tinting needs you or your acquaintances might have including other windows aside from vehicles. The work he did: I got 15% on the door windows and 5% all around the back. I got the ceramic film and for texas heat, I shouldve gone 5% since 15% still has some heat coming in. I have a small coupe and the heat is pretty significant but from the old tint to this tint, it is DEFINITELY a huge upgrade! There are some night pictures for reference. The communication was the right balance of professional and friendly.
