We leveraged Mark to help us with cabinet selection and layout. He walked us through all the options, showed us lots of examples of previous work, and gave us suggestions. He was responsive and flexible, worked with us and our timetable to get us everything we needed. Our GC double-checked all of Mark's measurements and layout, as well as doing all the installation for us. We did not experience any of the issues that others mention, perhaps for that reason. Your deceptive tactics, lack of ownership of issues of the product you sold us, and absolutely no remorse of having us go through 18months of looking at crappy cabinets; yeah, I am NOT a fan of Peter Carr. I was very upfront with Peter and told him that if he would not fulfill his signed contract regarding the product he sold us, that I would make my experience known via Social Media. He responded by having a lawyer send me a threatening letter, claiming defamation. Well, it's not defamation if its true and the lawyer went away with my offer to provide the detailed timelines and emails of our interactions. Your threats will not deter me from educating fellow consumers about how we were treated and you have strengthened my convictions to report you to the Better Business Bureau and every other medium.

My starting assumption was that the project was so challenging (floor to ceiling cabinetry with no room for error, complex multi-level large island) that some glitches were certain. There were none. Zero. Color me blown away. Some comments: -I am a hands-on obsessive and we worked great together on the design process. We did extensive work deciding on the right wood, the right color. Great process, terrific results. -I thought that the cost was very reasonable and I would argue, strongly, that you would do better here than the high-end Euro kitchen places (Newbury St. etc.). I felt that Kenyon beat them on both quality and price with the bonus of getting a custom design instead of being limited to manufacturer configurations. -you can visit them to see their shop, it's all computer driven machinery.

I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job.
