He really thought about his approach and took his time stitching both areas that were close to each other to minimalize the scarring. I remember him going back and forth from one side of the table to the other to really look at the area as he proceeded, he was meticulous. He also was very calming, talking to me as he worked. No one can detect the scar even after I point it out. About a year later, I had Moh's surgery again for a area on my nose. This time I needed a graft (gulp). Dr Darrow told me he explained that they could sag do to gravity but as god and my husband as witness he never told me that if he did I wouldn't have done the procedure and saved myself $13.500.00. I again have a gap in between my bra and breast and my breast are pretty much where they were before I had surgery. My nipples are still numb. I still can't feel them.
