Fabulous driver. He had to deal with rush hour traffic and BTS concert goers who drove to Gillette Stadium. Traffic flow was nonexistent.

We have been using Boston Common Coach to get from the north shore to Gillette Stadium for years - and they are awesome!!! Plenty of room underneath for tailgating equipment. Clean bathrooms. Outlets for charging phones and speakers. And the drivers are SO AWESOME!! They stay on site during the game so you have a safe place to store anything you don't want to take into the game. AND if you're anything like us and accidentally leave personal items on the bus, they are so trustworthy and we've always gotten everything back. Where else do you get a HUG from the driver when they see you! We will continue to use Boston Common Coach every time we go to a Patriots game! We HIGHLY recommend!! read more

I have used this service 3 times - twice for concerts, and once for a Patriots playoff game. I cannot recommend this service enough! It is affordable, convenient, and the best way to get to and from Gillette. The drivers are fun, the bus is clean, and they go above and beyond with setting up tents, speakers, and chairs to tailgate with. You can leave your belongings on the bus during the game, and you have an hour afterwards to get back to the bus. 10/10 - I highly recommend! read more

Came into town from Houston for the Patriots/Texans playoff game. Was warned not to rent a car or take an uber (surge prices and limited availability). Found this service online and it was perfect. Very fun riding back and forth to game with a group of fans of BOTH teams. Drop off and pick up very close to stadium. Ride home could have been concerning given the amount of sleet/snow, but the driver had everything under control. While I would have hoped for a better game outcome, the transportation aspect was perfect and I would definitely use the company again. read more

A group of 10 used this service for drop off and pick up service from Boston to Gillette this past weekend. The driver arrived on time and was waiting for us when we left our tailgate lot in Foxboro. The driver, George, was great- he was courteous, friendly and great driver and a very nice guy. I was struggling to figure out how to get to/from the Gillette stadium for the Pats game and luckily stumbled upon the Boston Common Coach bus option. It was $55 roundtrip and that included pickup from Boston Commons (across from the AMC theater) at 9am and a return trip that was painfully long because of the traffic after the game so it was a win to not have to drive. Water was included going/coming back. How do more ppl not take this to games?? It was the best decision because the train has one departure time that gets you in too late to tailgate (isn't that half the fun?!) and is packed/can be sold out last minute. I booked my bus tix the night before and was all set without an issue. Also, the email says print but they are okay accepting it on your phone as well. It was honestly a great experience - driver and passengers were friendly, it wasn't rowdy/trashy and we got to and from safely. read more

I just returned from my trip where my friend and took Boston Common Coach to Gillette Stadium. The good: the buses were easy to find at Boston Common. The bus was clean and seats were comfortable. The bad: The restroom didn't have a sink and there was only one roll of toilet paper (which ran out before the ride home). The ugly: There was one cooler full of water for people but despite coolers provided for passenger use as noted on the website people were left without coolers for their beverages. The driver locked and left the bus right after dropping us off. We were unable to access the restroom or belongings on the bus without texting the driver and people were told they could not use the restroom on the bus after we disembarked before the game. My friend and I wanted to put our small soft-sided cooler back on the bus and it took the driver nearly 30 minutes to reply to her text. I do recommend Boston Common Coach as they departed on time, got us to the venue in plenty of time and back to our destination safely. Getting out of the venue was a mess but that wasn't the fault of the driver, who departed promptly 45 minutes after the show ended (despite leaving right after the show was over and hustling back, my friend and I were some of the last people on the bus). read more

This was great. The buses aren't as nice as advertised but the service was great. We were on the bus and on the road by 4:30 on the dot. Got to Gillette for an 8:30 game by 5:30. Definitely worth it. Traffic out of there is awful (we left at 12:30 and arrived back in boston at 2am) but its so nice to be able to relax and doze on the way back. read more

This was by far the best decision for us to get to the Patriots Steelers game in Gillette stadium! The bus driver was awesome and got us to the game with plenty of time to hang out before it started. They leave 45 minutes after the game. I suggest getting back to the bus ASAP when the game is over, they don't wait around. Seriously worth every penny for the sanity of knowing you'll get there and back! You can also have adult beverages on the bus which was cool. read more

I reached out to Boston Common coach for transportation for my wedding. They quoted me a price and we struck an agreement. I asked them to send the final quote which they said they would do next day, but that I was reserved. I then went and cancelled all my other quotes and informed them we had made our decision. Needless to say I receive an email the next morning from Boston Coach telling me they have oversold the day and they are not going to honor our agreement. This is not how business should operate. I would avoid these guys at all cost. read more

My friend and I used BCC to get to Gillette for a concert last night and it was exactly what we wanted. The bus driver, George, was awesome. He picked us up on time from the Boston Common, offered to stop at a liquor store when we got close to Gillette to get more booze and blasted the music we asked for the whole way there. I didn't know what to expect for the trip but 2 coach buses took the huge group to the stadium and provided an excellent experience. The only negative was not the bus drivers fault but the traffic leaving Gillette was insane.. The concert ended at 11:20, the bus left at 11:50. At 1:00 we were still stuck in the parking lot. around 1:40 we had made it 1.5 miles from the stadium. We finally made it back to the common around 2:45. If I was going to Gillette again and there wasn't an MBTA train going, I would DEFINITELY take this bus again! read more

We were staying in Boston for a few days and decided to go to Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, so we asked our hotel to arrange transport for us. Despite being told we would be travelling on a coach with an onboard bathroom the transport arrived and it was a minibus with no bathroom. On boarding the minibus, because he was late there was n explanatin how the seat belts worked, only taking enough time to say 'it's not law to wear seatbelt sin the back of any vehicle'. He drove like a madman to make up time to get there at the allotted time of 11am!!!! He drove in excess of speed limits, accelerated and then braked at the last minute constantly making verbal gestures at other drivers! We have never been so glad to arrive anywhere without any injuries. I would go on to say our journey back to our hotel was no better, in fact it was far worse as we returned in the rush hour. Even more accelerating (causing luggage to be thrown around in the minibus), late braking and constant sounding of his horn at other drivers who got in his way! To top all this he then announced he used to be a Policeman!! After telling everyone this he went on to point out who he would have given a ticket to booked for bad driving, which given our experience and other passengers was a ride from hell. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Do not use this service. I don't usually write reviews. I do always read them before using a service for the first time. When my girlfriends and I were looking for transportation to and from Gillette for a concert we saw roundtrip transport advertised from Boston common to Gillette for $50. Great! How bad can it be? We can drink and relax in all that traffic! The driver was really nice. It ends there. Bathroom on board was disgusting! We used the porta potties in the parking lot. We left Gillette at 11:50 PM and after sitting in the usual 30 minutes of foxboro traffic (which is expected) we went to Methuen to drop 6 people off. Do you know how far out of the way that is??!! Then if that wasn't long enough, we went to Salem to drop 2 people off. I encourage you to take out map and look at this! Not sure when we'll be home really. 2:45 AM and still on this damn bus! We left at 11:50 PM mind you. This is a bus full of very angry people who all thought we were going from Gillette to Boston. I'm so annoyed that I had to write a write a review. Now I know why this business is not rated on BBB and you can't find a good review online to save your life! read more

We had occasion to use BCC to transport guests for a wedding. Not only were the BCC representatives exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, they were able to provide us with two luxury coach buses at very short notice and at a very reasonable price. To add even more validity to the exceptional rating that they have earned, the day of the event came with a full blown New England-style blizzard that would have crippled so many travelers. BCC brought close to 120 guests to and from the wedding ceremony in safety and comfort. We cannot say enough good things about working with them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional traveling experience! read more

We hired Boston Coach for long weekend church youth trip to New York City. We had a group of 36 teens that were transported to Manhattan, driven around to various sites all weekend and then brought home Sunday morning. The driver was skilled and knowledgeable and kept us on schedule all weekend. The price was reasonable and the scheduling office was helpful and friendly. We are planning on using them for our next trip and would absolutely recommend them. read more

Avoid Boston Common Coach like the plague. Came to pick us up 25 minutes late. No phone call to tell us. I had a choir that had to sing at a high school, and we were on a tight schedule (though the pickup time was the one that the company assured us would give us plenty of time to be there). When I finally called them, the driver (who I think is the owner) was unbelievably rude. After telling me he was going to be late, I said, "You're kidding, we have to be at a high school to sing." My "your kidding" obviously ticked him off because he snapped immediately ("What do you want me to do about it, I'm stuck in traffic. Maybe I should just turn around and leave you all there. How about that? [That is an exact quote.]) It was absolutely surreal. Needless to say, I fired him and my choir took public transportation to the school. We arrived 45 minutes late. Just used Boston Common Coach for the recent Taylor Swift concert at Gillette. The driver, George, was wonderful. He let one of the girls on the bus plug her T Swift iPod mix into the bus sound system for a fun ride down. It took a lot of stress out of the very long day to use the bus from the North Shore mall. There is nothing you can do about the post concert traffic but it was nice to relax instead of downing coffee to stay awake for the hour and a half that you spend on Rt 1 in Foxboro. My only suggestion is that the 30 minutes post concert departure time might need to be extended. It took us 40 minutes to walk from our seats to the bus lot and we did not stop for anything (no t-shirts, no bathrooms-nothing). The police had stopped all pedestrians from crossing the road to get to the bus lots so that car traffic could progress. Despite the fact that we did not arrive within the 30 minutes my daughter and I did make the bus-George was kind enough to wait on us a little and for that I am so grateful. Overall a very good experience for a reasonable price. read more
