We booked Blue Nile Livery for airport transfer to/from Logan. Couldn't be happier with the experience and was everything we hoped for. Our driver, Eric, was professional, friendly, courteous and most important of all an excellent driver. Everything was super prompt. The SUV was brand new and extremely comfortable, Eric even said the rear seats recline. Complimentary water available. There are a lot of little things to be thankful for with this service in addition to the free water, for example, each time we exited the car Eric checked the rear seats just to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. When we left for the airport he also politely mentioned we would take a minute to check and asked us to just make sure we had everything we need (passport, wallet, keys etc) which I thought was a very professional and thoughtful gesture. This service is slightly expensive but you're receiving 10-star, high end livery service. If we ever need to request a car service again in the future, we will book without any hesitation. He had water bottles for me in a sweet blacked out SUV that was spotless on the inside. Needless to say the driver is an ex marine so I felt safe and even happier to help out our troops. The driver arrived at our house 15 minutes early for pick up and on the return trip home from the airport, driver was also early and sent me a text to let me know he was waiting for us..he also included his name and cell number in case we needed to reach him. The driver Stuart who says he own the company could't find where I was standing outside of Boston South Station. I got frustrated after texting him more than once. Yes, I did use that terrible f word. He said he would "leave me standing by the side of the road" and that I was crazy. I am a 67 year old widow. I would have taken a taxi but I had an 18 year old girl with me and I didn't want her to be frightened so I talked him down. The whole ride he was playing obnoxious loud stories which I would have asked him to turn off except I was frightened of him. I had requested a sedan and got a huge SUV. When I was getting in (I'm short) he put his hands on me and was pushing me. We dropped my 18 year old friend off and when we got to my house he was yelling at me in the street. Instead of apologizing he called me crazy again and told m never to call his company again. I have used car services all around the world and I have never had such a despicable excuse for a human being. If he truly does own the company it is even more despicable. He is an older man and should know to be courteous to all customers. The other driver I had was kind and courteous but this man is awful. Imagine if I hadn't known where I was and he had driven off. Who does that? If you use this company make sure that Stuart is not your driver. If you are woman on your own you have no idea what will set him off. read more
