Piro printed my wedding invitations in 2007 and did a great job for a reasonable price…read more This is a little hole-in-the-wall shop with no parking of its own, so you'll need to find a street spot. Inside, it's nothing fancy, though they do have several huge volumes of sample invitations to browse. I picked a cream colored stock with some pearlescent designs on the border and a fairly standard calligraphy font. The invitations were printed on time, without errors, and looked exactly how I had envisioned them. You can't really ask for more! My parents have also used them on several occasions and been happy with the results. I know that the pricing for my invitations was competitive, and significantly lower than some other options. I think because they do not specialize in weddings, you don't pay a premium above the normal market cost for a print job. I know Piro has also printed the booklets for some events I've attended in the city of Somerville, and those have also been good quality.

Many places in the area did not provide the type of service I was looking for, or they needed to have a minimum of pieces to be embroidered. I sent an inquiry through Yelp and received a response from them right away letting me know they are able to do it. I loved that they were flexible with when I am able to come in to drop the graduation stole - since I was in a rush, I went in right after work on the same day. They provided me with a quote on Yelp and I was very thrilled with it. When I dropped it off, they were very thorough with what they are able to do with their expertise. I was able to choose the font of the embroidery and the location of where I wanted everything. They were so accommodating despite how little time they had with this and were SO kind about it. After I told them how I wanted everything, they gave me an estimated date and I did not have to leave a deposit. The next day or so, the staff emailed me a draft before having a final approval. I was very pleased with it and gave her the final OK. Less than a week later, I received an email saying it was ready.... way before the estimated date which was even better. Words cannot describe what a great job they have done. I highly recommend coming to them because they really do a fabulous job with accommodation and the embroidery itself. My school wanted to produce a small number of baseball caps with our logo to be given to our biggest donors. From a list we picked Imprint Express. Good choice. Throughout the long process from start to finish we had personal help from a single representative. If you have ever undertaken one of these projects you'll know how fantastic it is to have one person you're working with rather then a mini-call center where instructions are lost in a jumble of bureaucracy and a lack of accountability. They treated us with a small-scale project with incredible attention; like we were some huge contract. They even went so far as to liiterally send a person to our school to go over thread colors with us. I don't know of any other place that would do that.
