We wanted to do something nice together and I did my research and decided that this was the place. Our appointment was for 12 PM and we were unfortunately seven minutes late as my kids had misplaced my car keys. I called to let them know and they said it was OK that we still came. The woman that did my mother's nails was very nice and talkative. She had a wonderful personality and was attentive. The nail tech that did my nails on the other hand was the complete opposite. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time, she was not personable or friendly. She didn't speak to me at all only to ask me if my shape was OK and at that point, I didn't feel comfortable enough to tell her that I was not happy with my nails. My nails were almond shaped and outgrown. As shown in the pictures what I left with was not almond shape. In fact, I don't really know what this shape is. They are lumpy and the lengths are all different. My pinky nail on my right hand is also curving to the right and the paint job is messy and rushed looking. When my nails were finished, the technician got up and walked away. She didn't say anything to me. I wasn't even sure how much I owed so I asked the other technician. On their website it states that a fill with gel polish is $48. For my fill and gel polish, with no broken nails, I was charged $60. I mentioned that that was not the price that was posted online, but I didn't make a big deal about it. You're not just paying for a service, you are also paying for an experience. This Is a big part of this job and unfortunately, my technician was lacking in that area. I did not leave feeling good about myself or the job that was done. I have never left a bad review over nails, but I would hate for someone else to have the same experience that I had and I am sorry, but this is not worth $60. Very disappointing.

I always get a French tip, and every other salon I've been to gets it right, except this one. My big toes looked completely different from each other... one tip was super thick, the other was thin. I told the nail tech I didn't like it, and she didn't even try to fix it. I also asked for a nude base, and instead, she kept bringing me pinks. I had to keep restating that I wanted a NUDE color. It felt like she wasn't listening to me at all. While the cleaning was good, the actual polish job was just bad. The French line is horrendous and crooked and uneven. I even said I didn't like it before I left, but still got charged full price. This was supposed to be for my trip to Mexico, and I just hate how they turned out. I'm not a fan and definitely won't be returning.
