When it came time for a new doc, I dropped my assumptions that a female OBGYN would be better and I went with Dr. Daly. I could not be happier! He has always made me feel very comfortable... (well, as comfortable as one can be while having a pap) He is always professional and takes his time to answer any questions I may have. Dr. Daly even has a sense of humor!! Something I feel a lot of doctors unfortunately lack when speaking with their patients. In addition, Dr. Daly never pontificates or speaks down to you... another thing that I feel a lot of doctors tend to do. I've had many physicians speak to me as if I'm a child, or as if my I.Q. is somewhere around room temperature. This is never the case with Dr. Daly. he speaks to me with respect and I truly appreciate that.

It is very refreshing considering the type of visit. I highly recommend this office, the staff has been pretty much the same for well over 6 years, which says alot for the office as a whole.

The office is open 365 days a year with long hours - great to have the option to bring a sick baby in on the weekend or evening to avoid going to the ER. In 12 years we have never waited more than 5 hours for an appointment. You can always get in ASAP for a sick visit and the staff is responsive on email and phone. When my children have needed to see specialists, the staff has helped get an appointment quickly. Our pediatrician helps with behavioral issues (sleep, anxiety, eating) aside from the run of the mill ear infections/strep throat which is incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Dr. Landis who is our family's VIP, but all of the doctors are excellent. I have recommended PAW to so many families and we are grateful our kids are under their excellent care.

It started out as a small office with 3 providers, and has grown into a large practice with 3 office locations, 9 docs, 2 PAs. Some of the older docs, like Dr. Legare, no longer accept new patients. But all of them have top CV's, and are absolutely excellent. They practice correctly (that's important to me), are very approachable as physicians, take meticulous care to get your results back to you - with a personal note of reassurance always. If you happen to have a health issue, efforts are always made to provide care as fast as possible: I had initial appointment, ultrasound, surgical consultation and follow up appointment all in one week. Because of their association with NW Hospital, you have access to top services right away. My only problem with them is, now that they're this giant practice, it's become very hard to get an appointment on short notice, whereas before I used basically be able to call the same day. On the other hand, if you tell the receptionist to have the doctor call you, they alwasy do, and they can squeeze you in if you really need. If you live in the Newton/Wellesley/Needham/Weston area, I recommend them. Oh - for those of us with concerns re: healthcare system, I have NEVER been erroneously charged for anything :)

I recently tried to get a prescription filled on a Thursday before a long weekend; however, there was a glitch and it never got sent. I called on Saturday and left a message with a covering physician who said there was not much she could do until Tuesday but that she would contact Dr. Zabik, (very nice thing to do). Later that day, Dr. Zabik called my home and left a message that she had called it in for me. I did not ask her to do that but she did it because she is such a caring physician. I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it.
