The lounge was a good place to go on a hot night to cool down & visit with my friend (who also suffering from too hot of a home). We had a very friendly & attentive waitress but the music was so loud for the lack of people at that point & amount of space. So for us to hear her properly, we both had to keep repeating questions & asking clarifying one's as we didn't catch it all. Finally it all made sense - appy hour was actually for the appies! Our boneless wings (basically lovely large chunks of chicken meat) in honey garlic sauce & catcus cut fries was exactly the sharing portion needed to enjoy the evening. Tasty & not too heavy in the stomach, being that it was so late in the night. Love that when I asked if there was non-alcholic Bellini options that she made me a slushie mocktail tasting like peach. It was extra awesome how she was on top of refilling water (not usually the case in a bar) & checking in on us. For her service alone, it would of been 5 stars. However, if you're to include level of cleanliness, we noticed that a larger amount of people had left the bar prior to our arrival, as there was a lot of tables yet to be cleared off (which we totally get with one server on that it takes longer to tend to those things). However, the bathrooms (shared with the restaurant) needed some TLC kind of maintenance. Which is odd as having codes for the washrooms (situated in a location that's as far into the restaurant as one can go as a customer) would make one think they'd be going the extra mile to have the place spotless. So one can't help wonder who exactly are you trying to keep out if it wasn't to reduce the bathroom use long enough to keep it clean? It was an odd thing & the first BPs I've ever seen this in. Overall, location, food, atmosphere, AC & our waitress was enough that this left us satisfied with our choice for the evening cool off & light supper. read more

This BP's is located just outside the Sears location on the North Eastern edge of the parking lot facing the curling rink across the road. Lots of parking which is always a bonus at a busy mall. I've been here several times now as an option to have a sit down meal rather than food courting it in Kingsway Garden Mall. The food is consistent at this location. Most recently, our fam jam came in for a weekday lunch this week. Ordered wings for Wing Wednesday, a lunch special, and a kiddo meal for my daughter. Upon finishing our meal, we waited 30 minutes for the bill after letting our server know we were done. THIRTY minutes. I think our server was new as a few mistakes were made and we needed a manager a few times for clarification (Yes, a kid's meal does come with juice. No, she doesn't have to have ice cream for dessert - yes, she can just have a couple gummy worms or nerds and doesn't need the sundae). The house managers were fabulous. We saw our server a couple times but at least three different managers came by and helped by offering refills on drinks, getting us boxes to go, etc. My daughter loves the house BP Ranch dressing and we had inquired if they make it in house or if it's a brand we can buy in the store. The general manager let us know that it's house made and that if we give them a call in advance, we could arrange to purchase some for home use - Super thoughtful! Im not sure if it was our server Tamar's first day or what. drinks were left empty, we did not get napkins or utensils. took forever to get service around here had to try so hard to get her attention. all servers were looking and did nothing. Manager missing the tooth had saw we didn't have drinks and left. Did not get a fork for my spaghetti. It was not even busy, for how bad the service was. very disappointed. Everyone around us had no food, and drinks were empty, sat for 45 minutes and not a single persons drinks were refilled. Is the pizza this bad at all Boston Pizza location? It's so fricken loud in there. I guess to drown out the wail of kids. The salads were good. The service was also good, but we had 3 people tending to us, so it got confusing. It's good for groups and big families. It's not my scene anymore. especially since I had a senior citizen with me. Too loud and cramped with the family next to us. The pizza was inedible. read more

A standard Boston Pizza location, when our group visited, the staff were incredibly helpful, we received our food quickly and the food tasted as expected. Our server was training another staff member while he served us. If anything staff were overly attentive rather than the alternative. Boston Pizza is a chain that started in Edmonton and which has many locations across the city. This one was clean, well lit and had the standard menu I expect here. Nothing remarkable food-wise, and the lime in my hot water with lime was a bit brown and not terribly appetizing in appearance, but it is admittedly an unusual request on my part. read more

Our visit to Boston Pizza was exceptional. We ordered the Thai Chicken bites and had some fishbowl ceasers. Everything was spot on. The service was fantastic. Our server was Chocolate Thunder and she was attentive and kind to all of our needs! read more

The servers are friendly and knowledgable. The food is priced fairly. The menu also has a vast variety of items, ranging from pasta to burger all the way to salmon and steak. Great family environment. read more

I ordered the red velvet cake, took a bite and felt something rubbery (similar to the bottom of jello improperly made) went to pull it from my throat and went to get sick (along with the people with me) they said "it's probably a noodle".. I did get my meal free but that is beyond the fact!! It looks like a condom!!!!! read more
