Our bartender was on his phone most of the time and not attentive. The chicken wings were tiny and expensive. Nachos had no meat on them (we ordered the nachos from the Summer menu with Mexican beef) and more chips than toppings. We will not be bac.... BPs has always been a fav of mine in Calgary - So was very happy to see them open up locations here in London, ON a fews years back. Finally got to eat some cactus cut chips & dry ribs again....YUM!!! This location has never disappointed. In restaurant or delivery, our food is always hot and cooked to perfection with the Staff always pleasant. Thank you for all the smiles and full belly's BP's. We cannot wait to dine with you again!! This was the only place besides McDonald's still open when I landed in London. So, I went down for a pint and a bite to eat. Plane food sucks, and I was starving. the service was wonderful as soon as I had arrived but when the bartenders switched out is when the problems arose ! a larger woman who was off the clock was screaming and swearing from 9:30 until I couldn't take it anymore and left at 10:15! very distasteful. any employee that spends their free time at the place they work should have upmost respect and hospitality in mind when being surrounded by clientele. the obnoxious high volume swearing was what made me leave without a tip. I also noticed a larger gentleman be denied a drink and for the reason apparently it is the law that they cannot serve more then 3 drinks an hour to a customer. That's new to me! regardless the woman that was off the clock was very belligerent, and indecent with the vocabulary that she used, completely oblivious to customers that were in that atmosphere the only way I can describe her as Caucasian and obese. do better BP!! read more

If you love industrial food that tastes gross then this is your place. I haven't eaten at this establishment for over 10 years. It's gone way down hill..... I much prefer quality over quantity any day. Had spaghetti with meatballs - the meatballs were nasty & gross. It's not even affordable from an industrial point of view. Didn't eat the meatballs and wasn't even asked by the server if my food was ok. It was NOT. Server forgot my salad but I was glad because it would have been just as shitty as the nasty meatballs & spaghetti. If you have no taste buds then this just might be your place...... Will NEVER eat at this chain again! What a mega disappointment. read more

I don't often visit chains, but I like this one better than most of the Cara offerings including Kelsey's, Montana's etc. Most don't need yelp to check on Boston pizza but some locations are better than others and this one is one of my favs. The staff can be a little slow but is in general decent. Food wise, the wings are good, the pizza is ridiculously overpriced and the rest of the menu (including the pasta) is acceptable. Like most chains, they are filled with gimmicks like a case of wings or a touchdown beer. One of my favorites is MyJam, the app which allows you to request songs to be played over the sound network. The number of song choices is amazing. What's more exciting however, is the epic battle that ensues when you get totally different music fans in the same room. Whereas I'm likely to request the Tragically Hip or Pearl Jam, others were more likely to opt for the likes of Rihanna or Fetty Wap. It got to the point where we would dig deeper in our arsenal until I had to resort to Smalltown Boy by the Bronski Beat which I think cleared the place out. It was fun. When I go out, I want a good experience as much as I want good food and fun things like MyJam adds to the experience. read more

We came here to watch the ufc fight on Saturday. The service was great! The server/bartender was really good with the drink refills despite the fact she was swamped. It was really busy in there. The food was another story. My friend and I ordered the platter which had cheesy bread sticks, bandera pizza bread, wings and cactus cut potatoes. The cactus cut potatoes were soggy and soft, definitely not crunchy. The cheesy bread sticks barely had cheese and were disappointing. The wings and bandera pizza bread erte good. read more

Terrible service. We did have a big table for a birthday party. I did try to be more patient as I understand we were a big party; But when the waitress didn't come by for a half hour unless literally flagged down twice. I talked with management and the service did improve, very slightly. The food and drinks are good and alright for the price. I just can't recommend somewhere that gives the lowest priority to a big group for a birthday party. You would think the waitress would be after the big tip but she did not seem to care. read more

I am absolutely furious! If you are vegan or have allergies or any dietary restrictions, DO NOT EAT HERE!! Two weeks ago, I ate at Boston Pizza with a few friends of mine. I am vegan, and I also refuse to consume alcohol in ANY capacity, even if it's cooked with the food I eat (so no cooking wine for me). At first, the waitress was very understanding of the fact that I'm vegan and went out of her way to check that the pasta dish I was looking at was, in fact, vegan (provided I asked for no cheese). I had also asked for there to be no wine cooked in with the dish. I received the food, and it was definitely vegan: no cheese in sight, which I was delighted about. But upon taking a bite, I, being someone who is extremely sensitive to the flavour of alcohol (as I haven't had alcohol in several years), could tell that there was wine in it. I called the waitress over and told her about my concerns, as I no longer had an appetite for the meal. She argued with me at first, claiming that I had not asked for it to be made without wine in it. I told her that I had indeed asked for that. She took the meal away and said they would remake it. Moments later, she returned with the very same meal that she had taken away and claimed that the cooking staff had said they didn't cook it with wine at all, and that it was "wine free". So I took the meal back, and I VERY sceptically ate it, knowing full well that it must have wine in it. I had not, however, had artichokes in a VERY long time and could not remember the flavour, so chalked the wine flavour I was tasting to being the artichokes and begrudgingly ate the meal. Later that evening, my boyfriend had wine, which reminded him of the flavour of wine (my boyfriend had tasted my meal earlier and told me that he didn't think my meal had wine in it). He later told me that he did, in fact, in retrospect, believe my meal had been cooked with wine. I also had artichokes on pizza later that week, and only ordered them to see if maybe, just MAYBE, it really was the flavour of the artichokes: it absolutely was NOT the flavour of the artichokes. It was definitely wine. I am so hurt and so appalled at this moment. I have chosen to completely swear off alcohol because of an abusive step-father, who would regularly become belligerent and generally terrible while drunk. I have not had a SIP or even a TASTE of alcohol since I was 19 years old. I feel disgusting and dirty as I sit here typing this message because Boston Pizza has ruined the refusal of alcohol for me, even when I told them of my concerns. I am not sure if the waitress was simply annoyed with me at this point, or if the kitchen staff simply lied to her because they didn't want to make my meal again, or if the company simply refused to remake it because they didn't want to "waste money" on food waste. I am fully aware that when wine is cooked, the alcohol evaporates, leaving only the taste; however, I am horrified, disgusted, and mortified that a company in the food industry would so blatantly disregard the feelings of a customer and lie to their face about what they put into their food. Where does this end? What is the limit? If they lied to me about my food containing wine, who is to say they don't lie to people with food allergies about their food containing the foods their deathly allergic to? I have never felt more disgusted at a food industry company in my entire life. I will never be eating here again, and I will absolutely be telling all of my friends to never eat here, either. If you are vegan or have food allergies or have any other dietary restrictions, DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! read more

Awful service. We were there for two hours and the waitress only checked with us once in that time. She was too busy sitting at a table with her friends. There was a guy there that was so drunk he passed out at the table and they still kept serving them alcohol. read more
