We did not have a good experience at this location. My pizza came out cold and 50 minutes after I ordered it. Our server never refilled our drinks or came to check on us. Our friend had not eaten all day and is diabetic, and had to wait over 34 minutes for her food to even come out after the rest of the table had their food. When it came out, it was also with grilled and not crispy chicken which was on the menu. When we asked why, they said they had run out- most likely the one that we ordered went to another table. We also asked for a ranch and marinara which never came until we asked three times. This was mediocre food with bad service. The management should review their service and ensure customers are communicated with throughout their experience. They then tried to charge us for the ranch we didn't receive until we were leaving. Boston Pizza, i know we have them in the states but it's not even close. It's a Canadian company and as always EVERYTHING in Canada taste better. This is a regular casual dining chain, but this pizza is with some of the best i have had in Michigan. Server was very good, restaurant was really clean and the food was so fresh and amazing. The Mediterranean with Feta, grilled artichoke hearts (which were marinated very well and intense with flavor), sun dried tomatoes, spinach and pesto drizzle...to die for The Tuscan with spicy chicken, spinach, Feta, sun dried tomatoes and garlic. Worst French onion soup I've had in my life, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, and my dog eats out of the cat box. It was so horrible it actually made me wonder about our progression as humans, I really thought we were better than this in society, it looked like what the blue jays used to spit their chewing tobacco in back in the day, and tasted like that too just add an entire box of the cheapest salt you can find. read more

Service was pretty bad this evening.. drinks were made wrong, to the point that I was asked how to make them. I was spoken to with distaste because of my order, despite getting a drink that was made wrong. You'd just expect a restaurant with a liquor wall to be able to make a Manhattan.. without having to ask the guest what it is.. The food was good! read more

Had chicken pecan salad, chicken was so over cooked could hardly chew it.They no longer put egg or give a slice of bread as they did before and priced increased $5.00 since last visit.The wife's fries where double fried and dried out.Asked waitress where the egg was she said I don't know, that was the best part for me,I'll see if I can "find" some.She returned with bill and no explanation about the egg issue.Will not return ,there are far too many alternatives around.Sad cause I used love that salad. read more

We stopped here after a long drive from Detroit for a concert. We were greeted by a weird guy with an odd sense of humor and were seated promptly. The weirdness kept up each time the waiter would come by and let me tell you, I was thoroughly entertained. Our waiter was awesome!!! He knows his stuff and knows how to keep the customers happy. We ordered the mediterranean pizza with no feta and it was awesome, but we were also starving. Between two hungry people, a medium pizza was perfect. The order was right, we were checked on often and had a great experience. We will be back when we're in town. read more

My family and I go out to eat about once every 3 months-I really wish we didn't waste our trip here. We had to ask for a menu after our waitress came to take our order and we also had to ask for napkins and ketchup-with two little kids, I feel like she should be asking us if we need anything else. My sons burger was over-cooked, dry and cold. The cheese slice just sat on top of the rock-hard patty, and his fries were spicy. Like, come on- 3 year olds probably don't want spicy fries. My salad arrived with no dressing on it (just another item I had to flag down my waitress for), and my chicken was very similar to the burger-cold, dry and severely over-cooked. My daughter asked for a garden salad but got a Caesar salad instead. Miraculously, hers was dressed but we had to send it back. To top it all off, 3 out of 4 toilets in the ladies room were completely clogged, the bathroom was filthy, and one of the hand washing sinks was full of water and not draining. 4 Stars. 4 adults, one child. Arrived and before everyone was seated the host blurted the specials and asked if we were ready to order. Bad start. After ten minutes our waitress arrived and reiterated the specials; took our drink orders. Friendly and nice. A dirty mug for tea had arrived; was replaced on request. By far the best customer service in Sarnia. Thai chicken bites and sweet potato fries are my go to, not a fan of the pizza.

The food is decent, If you eat in house, however we have experienced numerous problems with delivery, from it taking forever, to getting the wrong food to it being freezing cold. Not just on one occasion either, on several. The delivery is a nightmare and I have no idea why. As I said though if you eat in house the food is good though overpriced in my opinion. read more

Poor quality, factory made food, that is only reheated on site. Pizza crusts are undercooked and doughy, and caked in cornstarch. Pizza sauce has too much cornstarch, and not enough tomato. Pizza sauce is used on many sandwiches, and isn't better than ketchup. Anything in a bun is undercooked & doughy. Food prices are high, considering the low quality of the food. Alcohol prices are higher than any other bar & grill in the area. read more
