The truck arrived about 50 minutes after the scheduled time, but we had freed our whole afternoon so it wasn't a problem. The service operator worked hard to pump everything out, despite the hose repeatedly getting clogged. We felt awful because it was a hard job, but the operator was super friendly. They offered various payment options, and made sure I knew about the county's rebate program so I could apply for money back. Definitely worth the price! Unfortunately, a large snow storm came when it was time for my appointment. They still attempted to get to my house, but because the road was not passable they rescheduled and came back out as soon as vehicles could make it through the road.
