I called the company to make sure everything was okay, and they kept me updated after contacting our service operator. The truck arrived about 50 minutes after the scheduled time, but we had freed our whole afternoon so it wasn't a problem. The service operator worked hard to pump everything out, despite the hose repeatedly getting clogged. We felt awful because it was a hard job, but the operator was super friendly.
