Not a 1 star, 0 stars. I took my car to Bosworth over a year ago. It was a complete disaster and has been overall the most stressful business to work with. Customer service horrible after they get your money. They not only did a terrible job on the work that I requested to have done to my car , they also scratched up my car and ruined the front and back emblems. I took my car back to them so they could fix it and it looked even worst the second time. After explaining to Chad how dissatisfied I was; he was very rude and nasty. His front desk help, Aly is also rude and when asking her any questions she is clueless. I have done everything that Chad has asked me to do in order to get back the money that he owes me and I still have not received a dime. I had to go to the extent of getting an attorney and he has still not paid me the money that he owes me. It may have been over a year but I have not forgotten. I have tried to hold off from writing a review because I thought that this situation would have been handled. After taking my car to a completely different place, showing proof that the work was re-done (per Chad's request); Chad even spoke to the owner of the other shop and was given confirmation that I did in fact have the work re-done; I thought I would have gotten back the refund that Chad promised... I've had to pay for an attorney , pay to replace parts on my car that was damaged by Bosworth and pay to have my entire chrome delete done at a completely different business ; and NOTHING. They are the worst customer service and their work is garbage. I had to bring my car in twice for a wrap to get the crappy work they did on the first time corrected. But that's not it I had them to do a lowering kit on Vehicle and they damage my rear links on my vehicle. Causing my air spring to malfunction ultimately causing my vehicle to ride a dump truck. My fault for going to a place that does wraps and have them to put a lowering kit on my vehicle. Please BEWARE save yourself future cost of repair and take your business elsewhere!!!! read more

Bosworth Customs was one of the most unprofessional incompetent businesses I ever had the displeasure to deal with. They kept my forerunner for a month! Always have an excuse why they didn't have it ready. I could go on and on. The work was subpar and I paid them thousands of dollars Sadly, to find that out.. So me being accident prone, popped a tire and not knowing where to go one of my friends suggested to call Bosworth Customs. Now from what I saw online I figured he might not do tire changes, but was I wrong. He was so helpful, he took a look at the tire to see if it could be fixed instead of just replacing it. Which made me realize he wasn't in it just for the money. Unfortunately I did a bit of work on it and had to replace it. He was able to get the tire next day which was awesome. The price was very reasonable too. He also did my window tinting and upgraded my headlights and fog lights. Which I suggest to anyone not only for better visability, but it makes the car look nicer. Anyways I highly recommend this place for all auto needs! read more

This place is awesome! I needed to upgrade the factory halogen lights on my car to nice bright white LED's. Chad ordered them and had them installed for my headlights, fog lights, and driving lights for a super reasonable price and very quickly installed them. One of the bulbs developed a factory defect. Chad very quickly ordered two new headlights from the manufacturer, had them Fedexed, and got them installed for me quickly and free! I am now in the process of getting him to re-paint the front of my vehicle, and hopefully more projects down the road. They are professional, helpful, and stand behind their work. A++ read more
