At this point I'm so confused because the portal for caliber collision says my car is almost done being repaired. I'm lived at this point because there was no communication from a live person on this matter, when a car is totaled you don't just let a portal tell someone that you give a phone call. Finally when I go and purchase my new car after the fact the man who does the estimates Randy I believe at that location acted as if everything was all fine and did not take any responsibility for the matter. It's the principle of the matter yes I was able to get a new car in a pinch but not everyone is a financial place to do that so quickly.
