Terrible service. Stay away. Do not recommend. Ordered Summer Sangria deluxe flowers for $330 and called to request a photo of flowers for a special occasion. They said they would add the request to the order and they would email the photo to me. By the following day, I had not received a picture or a receipt. When I called to follow up about the photo, they told me that they were understaffed and didn't take the picture. A. This is inexcusable. It takes all of 2 seconds to take a photo, and another 30 seconds to email or text it. Most delivery services take photos. Even Amazon which delivers millions of packages around the world takes photos of their deliveries. This is standard practice. B. They gave bad service but charged full price. C. They forgot an important request but didn't forget to charge my credit card. D. I basically paid $330 and got nothing. I have no idea what was delivered or even if it was delivered. The recipient has Alzheimer's and it's difficult for her to send me a photo. E. When I called the following day to ask about the photo that I had requested, the person said the photo was not taken and they kept saying that they were understaffed and that the photo was not guaranteed. They only made excuses for their bad service and did not accept responsibility. At the time that I made the order, I called to discuss the order and requested the photo. At that time, they told me they would add the request to the order. They mentioned they were understaffed and had to get off the phone, but they never told me that they would not be able to take the photo. If they had, I would have found a different florist. I called twice to discuss the order when I made it because it was important to me. They never mentioned that the photo was not guaranteed on those calls. Being a small shop is not an excuse for bad service. On the contrary small shops tend to provide higher quality service because customer satisfaction is important. If they didn't have the staff for my order, they should not have accepted my order. This is awful and shows lack of accountability. read more

They deliver. The bouquets have various options for different occasions. Going into the shop, they had cute vases, plants and other gifting options. The customer service was great, I decided to pick up and it was ready on time. And the cherry on top-the bouquet was absolutely beautiful.
