Well, let's say, I had at least heard of Reiki, and had a session or two with other Practitioners. I met Shannon by "accident", but I am starting to believe that there are No accidents in life. I believe Shannon has come into my life to help my learn to relax,(something I am not the best at), and to stay calm in (this) current world that I find difficult to live in at times. I would highly recommend Reki and Crystal Therapy with Shannon. From the second I started to work with Shannon, I realized how passionate, compassionate, and how much she cared about my treatment(s), and what she does. She truly loves what she does. She has great kindness, and concern for the people that she does therapy treatments with - it is a team effort. I feel anyone can benefit from working with Shannon. I believe Shannon has a very intuitive nature, and gift for making people feel better regardless of their circumstances. She is a Healer with a heart, and she cares. I have realized in the last couple years how important the Mind, Body, Spirit connection is. If you are leary, & not that familiar with chakras, energy work, Law of Attraction, or that in tune with the Mind, Body, Spirit Connection I would say try it. I would still recommend Reiki and Crystal Therapy with Shannon No matter what your beliefs or circumstances. This was my first time booking with this business & wasn't sure the set up so I thought maybe they had a client elsewhere as it was now past my appointment time & they were no where to be found, so I made the mistake of taking a seat inside the room & waited for someone to arrive. When she opened the door she was startled & I apologized because obviously that was not my intention! Roza immediately seemed annoyed & shaken up by the situation & very condescendingly told me to exit the room to fill out paperwork. Feeling this energy tried to explain my confusion by explaining I read the sign & figured it meant sit inside. She dismissively responded by saying it didn't say that, so I reread the sign aloud & explained that "Please have a seat" was a little vague being that there was no clear seating anywhere close by. She ignored any & all clarifications to this honest misunderstanding that I tried to give to her, and walked me down the hallway, around the corner where a chair was sitting. I apologized & let her know it wasn't my intention to frazzle her & I understood why someone might be, no response. She avoids eye contact & was short with me from that point on. She gave me instructions while completely avoiding discussion on the situation & her changed attitude which resulted in discomfort on my end. I had half the mind to walk out & not continue the massage at the moment but I ignorantly hoped that this woman would breathe through whatever troubles she was having in this moment & turn it around. Trying to be lighthearted about it I kept a smile on my face & kind of laughed off her obvious efforts to ignore my attempts to ameliorate the tense energy that was so obviously present from a woman I just met (barely because she never introduced herself), & was paying to preform intimate & personal energy work on me with hot stones!! I had to ask her myself what her name was in which she didn't ask my name in return. Although she didn't say much the energy was LOUD & very miserable. I tried AGAIN to explain myself she cuts me off to say she isn't frazzled & she doesn't know why I keep saying that because nothing happened & that I just need to relax, lay my head down & take a deep breath. I felt as though I was doing the work she should be doing as a so called professional energy healer to get the energy back on the right track & at no point did she take the bait. She randomly said "I've just had weird experiences from people on ClassPass." Which threw me off because not only did I not do anything "weird" to her but she was also denying all accounts of anything happening or there being an issue while I was doing my best to ease any of her discomforts. At this point I try to just relax while she gave me an obligatory massage. About 20 mins in I asked her is there was a door open because there was a bright light that was throwing me off, of course she condescends & tells me "just close my eyes". So at this point I express to her that I didn't feel we should continue the massage bcus I was uncomfortable with her. Looking at her responses to negative reviews, I'm sure you could deduce that she took it as an opportunity to argue & not take accountability because she is so clearly dedicated to being the victim. Any time I spoke she cut me off & threw around microaggressions claiming I was argumentative when the whole time I attempted to shift the energy bcus she lacked the maturity & professionalism to do so herself. She goes on about not wanting to talk while she gives a massage & I make it adamantly clear that in no way was it ever my intention to communicate with her during my massage. The last thing I want to do while getting a massage is talk, I'm there to relax & she failed to provide a safe/relaxing environment for a client. It was obvious that that wasn't her priority and she felt that ignoring it & trying to silence me would make it go away. Problematic from someone providing a service. At this point she agrees appointment over. My demeanor was calm, even still, & was resolute up until this point but I was over it and sat up & let the stones fall on the table as they pleased & waited for her to exit so I could get dressed. She accused me of laughing & coming in high which was a strange accusation. Never did I ever behave inappropriately or in a way that was out of the ordinary. I wish Roza more peace in her life bcus it's very obvious that she is lacking. If you're sensitive about your energy I would not book her. I would say a bad day but it seems like this behavior is a pattern based on past reviews. Wrong profession maybe

I was referred by one of my clients, who also loves coming here. They had a new client special for $40 where you could do all three treatments. Originally I was going to skip on the red light because I have one at home but I fell asleep using theirs! The ambiance of the whole place is so relaxing and zen. The sauna was so nice, and you could even choose your music for your session. I like the lighting system they use, it makes it easy to navigate where you're going. I finished with the cold plunge and I left feeling so refreshed, energized, and happy. Izzy was so helpful and sweet! So was the other girl but I didn't get her name. I went to her regularly and it seemed that every massage only got better as she incorporated Reiki and energy work. In July of 2025 I was diagnosed with stage IV colorectal cancer with metastasis to the lung. The outlook was not good as the chances of survival from this were 13-15%. I was told that I would probably need radiation after the 4th round of chemo and would need a colostomy bag after the surgery to remove the cancer from my colon. I started chemo and Jae was doing regular energy work on me. She intuitively worked where she felt that I needed it most. One day, she told me that she felt like I was healed as she could not detect the cancer in me. I actually felt the same way, although I was skeptical. On my next visit to my doctor, he confirmed that after 3 rounds of chemo, my scans were clear! He also said, "Whatever you are doing, keep it up because it's working!" (The other patients were not having the same results as I had.) I firmly believe that the intuitive healing and energy work that Jae did had a LOT to do with my healing. I am so grateful that I have had such impressive results. I had hoped for the best outcome, but never expected it to be this good. I am thankful for Jae and her amazing abilities. I highly recommend her as she seemed to work a miracle with me. I cannot praise her enough.
