He apologized because he said that they just had a new set of employees who needed training. Sure enough, true to his word, I received my fascia about a week later on the West Coast. It was beautiful. He replaced the drops and extended the waist length. I am always surprised by the quality when I receive things from House of Hansen. After putting it on, it fitted me like a glove. The drops look immaculate. Though this mid-west business could be slow, being that they're the only family-owned company of this kind in the entire North America (I can only imagine how many orders they do nationally and internationally), it might be about a quarter to a half year until you receive your items. However, when you do receive the item, like the prodigal son, you rejoice exuberantly. Hence, 4 stars. Five stars for quality, but deduct 1 star for the often slow response times.
