"Marco I need an order number from you. You wrote a review about me and I need to know the order number to verify the problem and then to resolve it. I expect to hear back ASAP, Chris xxxxxxx Growquest" You expect an answer back Chris? How about GFY. Folks - let me tell you exactly what I went through with this jerk. 12/2010 - Placed order, paid with my credit card through his website. 3/2011 - After several emails and unanswered calls, received the shipping information. Told he is already sold out of several items even though my order has been in his hands since December. 3/2011 - after two weeks sent another email, told he had just been married and was catching up on orders. Had I paid? (Remember - I paid in 12/2010 and had the confirmation from his web site) 3/2011 - Next day he tells me he doesn't accept visa or paypal, only Bank of America Billpay. I point out that he has already been paid through visa but proceed with the billpay. He suggest a check but as I already smell something fishy I proceed with the Billpay and put a claim in on the Visa payment with my bank. 3/2011 - end of month. Payment clears, confirmation number is emailed to Growquest. Visa refunds me. 4/2011 - another week goes by, I am told plants will ship in three days. 5/2011 - request status - told plants are shipping now. 6/2011 - request status - no reply - file claim with BOA 7/2011 - request status - no response. BOA approves refund. 8/2011 - I post this review and wowzers! A response. So I'll say it again - BUYER BEWARE. This guy is completely unreliable. He NEVER answers his phone (there's even excuses as to why you should send him email on his website). I have every email copy, so Chris, don't even try to say it was poor follow up on my part. I paid you TWICE. Enjoy this one star review and be happy I can't post zero or negative stars. You certainly earned it!!!! I wanted to add this from Liz's post here: Any doubt about throwing your money away with these guys, check out Daves Garden and search for growquest, over 200 complaints, including filings with the DA and BBB. Apparently being pursued for both mail fraud and internet fraud. Ky was knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and calm. You could spend hours in this store browsing. So many fabulous things to see. On my first visit I decided on a couple of bracelets. I love them. I put them on as soon as I got home and have been admiring them ever since. I so enjoyed my visit there today and will be back as Ky says they get new items all the time.
