I bought a Coldfire pen that turned out to be faulty. I brought it back the same day, just a couple of hours later, after trying it only once. spoke with the manager, he said there was nothing he could do. This was extremely disappointing customer service. I don't understand how a business can sell a defective product and refuse to stand behind it by offering a replacement. I've been a loyal customer for over two years, and this is the first time I've ever tried to return anything. Because of how this situation was handled, I will never come here again. Such a great experience! It's rare to receive the level of service I had at a dispensary. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly--from the front desk to security to the budtenders. I usually shop in the Valley where I live, and I've visited a few other shops in the area, but this experience was truly top-notch. When we walked in Alex was at the front desk and was so knowledgeable and answered questions that we didn't even know we had! Alex also told us about the passport so I had to sign up he sold it so well!! With being a passport member you just give your phone number and email and everyday they have different deals! When we went inside Jessica was our budtender! She was so wonderful! She helped me pick which edibles were best for me specifically and gave me reasons as to why each specific brand she liked and for what reasons. Jessica was also very knowledgeable about all the products. She even read the ingredient labels for me trying to find the ones with the least amount of sugar (yes I am difficult and she had a smile on her face the entire time and genuinely seemed happy to be helping me) thank you to Jessica and Alex for making us feel so welcomed! the store it self is convenient just because it's the only cannabis store in this side of town, As for prices anything good is on the expensive side. I had also bought several vapes and one of them ( heavy hitters) was a dud, they did take it back but instead of just giving me a new one straight across they only refunded part of the cost for a vape that cost me more than $70 I wasn't very stoked about that. Also don't use a debit card or they will impose an extra $5 for just using it there, which is lame especially if your buy a decent amount of stuff and then slam you with a fee like that. read more
