My husband had Aliyah do his nails and I had Hallie. They were both amazing. Aliyah explained to my husband why his nails are growing a specific way and what to do to fix certain issues. For me I am always fighting brittle and bending nails and we figured out what to do to try and fix these compared to my norm. I would say we will be back when we need our pedicure.

The first one I tried jabbed me under my nail so bad it hurt for a month, and this one that I went to didn't like that I only wanted a polish change bc I wanted to wait until my toe healed. As the lady was removing my polish, I changed my mind and asked for a pedicure but explained she needed to be careful bc of my toe. I don't like when I can't communicate with whoever is providing the service to me bc they don't speak English. I tried to explain to her to be careful with my right big toe bc the last lady hurt it. So when she was filing, I said, please be careful" and she didn't understand me and kept going so the other lady next to her had to tell her. I had to tell her over and over again to be careful and she took the file and threw it on her little table with an attitude. That's when I told her to forget it entirely and just change my polish. The owner did try to talk to me and ask me what was wrong but at that point, I was too pissed. Really sucks because I was looking for a regular salon.

My nail file and buffer had clearly been used before with nail polish and dust all over them. The metal tools that were used looked grimy too. The station beside me was left covered in dust and with dirty drill bits lying around. He had to redo my toes multiple times and they still turned out terrible. There is paint missing, paint on my skin, and just awful. The pedicure itself sucked. The water was great temperature at first and then was very cold. It just was not enjoyable at all. We did not leave until around 7:30 or after because they had to redo my friends nails because they were so clumpy. By the time we left her nails looked worse than they did before. She was also missing paint, the paint job was AWFUL just like my feet and they were not even what she wanted. After being there almost 4 hours for a small set and a pedicure we were tired and hungry and left. We left upset and unsatisfied. We both paid $50 so they got $100 out of us for some very crappy work. The prices are definitely OVERPRICED for the terrible work they perform. There are hair stylists, lash, and nail businesses here at this location. I'm really happy with the fine detail, bright colors and Josie's skills.
