The shops at Park Lane are really great outdoor shopping area. Parking lots are centrally located in the center and Old Navy is right next one. Plenty of restaurant and beverage shops around as well. It's a 2- story store with great natural light on a sunny day. We lucked up on a good sale too and able to get men polo shirts and khaki shorts for a steal. There's a beauty section, which I had no clue Old Navy had lotion and body wash line. I was able to get a free full size lotion based on my purchase total. This is not my first time shopping at Old Navy nor this location. I am usually able to price match at any Gap/Athleta/Old Navy store. For some reason, the employees here have the hardest time comprehending this and allowing me to do so. It's a little odd. Then in the dressing room, I had a pair of jeans I needed another size. I knew where I got it from and told the dressing room attendee. She said she would get my size for me. I know there's other sizes because I came from the rack shortly after trying my clothes. She came back saying there were no sizes left but when I left (after trying all my items), I found the entire rack with plenty sizes left and came back. She looked astonished and pissed off. They have casual clothes and cater to middle class people for the most part, but also people of all poverty levels, which is appreciated in a city like Dallas which seems just so full of high-end stuff. It's not my favourite store but Barbie certainly likes it, so we will definitely be here again, and everyone in the store was friendly. She likes Old Navy, yes, but I prefer the new navy. After spending about $400 at the store, we asked for some additional bags to put our clothes into for each child (we adopted 10 this year). The employee hesitated and asked her boss, who said "No we can't do that". Let me understand... if I would buy each item individually, you'll give me a bag for separate transactions; however, for a bulk order you are only allowed to give me two massive bags? Bags that cost pennies. Even after telling you why we needed the bags, the answer is still a resounding and uncaring "No". May Santa put you BOTH on the naughty list. Corporate, are you listening? At first I thought it was weird, but then I heard her radio a register and ask that the salesperson keep their register open. My salesgirl also had them unlock a door for me so I didn't have to use the the exit on the opposite end of their massive store. After I left I saw that I was leaving 20 minutes past closing. I found myself wishing I had just gone online to order things because the store experience was such a nightmare. The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon. I was constantly dodging people in the aisles doing the familiar head bob left and right trying to figure out which way to go without bumping into someone. It was difficult to get to the shelves because of the traffic, and I had trouble finding my size because everything had apparently already been picked over. From the street, this place looks big. Once inside, I realized it was even bigger than it looked. I had entered on the kids and menswear floor. There was another floor dedicated just to women. Yet everywhere I looked, there was a line. The traditional women's fitting room had a long line out the door the hour and a half that I was there. I didn't even bother. It was the only fitting room in the store. I'm guessing there were a few stalls in it, but clearly not enough since the line to get in snaked through the aisle of clothes. There were also these "quick change" stations throughout the store. Basically a mirror on the wall, and a large, blue, floor-to-ceiling curtain that you could pull around you for some privacy. Surprisingly these had lines too. I headed back to the men's/children's floor to see if I could get in faster. There was no traditional fitting room, and only 3 quick change stations, but at least the line for these on this floor were only 1-deep. I changed quickly to avoid holding up the line for others waiting to get into my quick change station. The pressure to make a decision on what to buy had to made quickly. I would have liked more light, more room and more time to contemplate what I would actually purchase, but that just wasn't an option with the hoards of people waiting their turn. In the end, I decided to buy most of what I tried on, but not because I was particularly enamoured with any of it, more because I wanted more time to mull over the items. I decided the best place to do this would be in the comfort of my own home. Thank goodness for an easy return policy. The line at the register was reminiscent of the most popular ride attraction at Six Flags, but not really bringing the same level of happiness one gets from hopping on your favorite ride. All four registers were in operation downstairs in the women's department. Once again I headed to the men's and kid's floor where the line was half as long. If you can, avoid this place on the weekends. Or better yet, shop online where you are more assured to get the size, style and color you want. The wait for shipping won't be quite as painful as standing in line after line at the store. read more

I'd have to say I prefer the stand alone type Old navy stores better then inside the mall. The parking can be a pain at times at this location but remember everyone is also here looking for a sale. I somehow ventured in on that $1 flip flop day and didn't see anyone with flip flops in their hand. I'm guessing they were all sold out who knows. When I complained to management they said they couldn't do anything but offered to call security. Security came and they said they couldn't do anything either. Love all the sales special. From baby,kids to adult everything is on sale. One thing I dislike is some of their pricing is misleading, like having a sign saying shirts are $4 bucks, but when I checked out its on selected shirts . And I know it's crowed and packed but somebody should keep an eye on their dressing rooms it was a disaster. This is a large Old Navy, located in the Shops of Park Lane. I stopped by on Black Friday morning with my mom and my sister. They had some great deals, but really, Old Navy always does. Parking is easy and convenient with parking spaces along the streets in front of the store, and then multiple parking garages. Employees are friendly and helpful. Very sizeable store (2 floors) but I don't know, Old Navy's quality just isn't that great these days (perhaps following the "fast fashion" places?). Also, a clerk was lotiering in the aisles talking to some people and made it very awkward to get around in a crowded area (sale stuff); every time I turned around she seemed to be in the way! I hadn't been in an Old Navy store in years. Dropped in last week and found some great bargains. Well that was good but I went back to the store today to pick up one additional item. I was in and out in 5 minutes. BUT! While I was in the store a very nice necklace I was wearing fell off. When I got home I searched everywhere. No necklace. I called everywhere I had been that day but no one had found it. I left my number and just as I had sadly given up I got a call from Old Navy on Park Lane Dallas. I've been here a few times because my fiance likes to shop at Old Navy. The store is very large, with two floors and an escalator. The clothes are very well organized/folded considering the amount of inventory they have and how busy it usually is. However, the restrooms are always disgusting unfortunately. Don't waste your time. Customer service isn't great, and I spent about an hour in here looking for shirts for work. Found everything I was looking for, only to be disappointed by archaic policies and 20th century technology. Their "systems were down" so they couldn't run cards--had to make carbon copies. Ok. I am not comfortable leaving my card number on paper anywhere. I asked if they would take a check--"umm can we see it" they said. Weird, I guess the lady never saw one before. Pulled out my checkbook, "oh yeah no we don't do that, we can't process it" she said. I responded, pointing out the contradiction as they were promising everyone whose card number they copied that they would have to run them later---doesn't that sound like basically the same thing? I know a check is just as outdated as a carbon copy of a credit card but I feel less vulnerable leaving a check instead. It's 2018, you would think that a large corporation such as Old Navy would be prepared for this, such as having some square card readers or tablets, etc. Absolutely ridiculous. I have been anxiously waiting for this new location to open up across from NorthPark Mall. Now I no longer have to trek to Mesquite for cheap and casual clothes. This store must be a flagship store because it is HUMONGOUS. The first floor has men and womens and upstairs has babies, toddlers and kids clothing with an entire section of Hello Kitty. They have fitting rooms both upstairs and downstairs plus they have these cool quick changing rooms throughout the store where it allows one person per room. You just pull the curtain around and hook it on a hook. Pretty cool. Upstairs in the kids area they have an XBOX 360 with Kinect hooked up for the kids to try out. It was up and working while we were there. You can enter the store from both upstairs and downstairs. I believe the only place you can pay is downstairs next to one of the exits where you will find a bunch of cheap toys by the register. The store was super clean and well-stocked, tons of employees to help you out. I went on Black Friday and it did not even seem crowded. read more

Sometimes a girl needs cute t-shirts! This store has 2 levels and an escalator. It is really mixed-up though. The clothing is supposed to be organized from small sizes to larger ones, but at this location they are all jumbled together. You always have to double-check that the size on the hanger matches the size on the actual article of clothing, because those get mixed-up too. This makes it hard to "run in and out" in a hurry. The lines are long and doesn't seem to be staffed accordingly. This store just takes forever. Shop the Galleria location instead. Also - be careful in parking lot. During a rainstorm the paint on the parking spaces gets really stick. I slipped and fell and thought I broke my toe. read more

This is my go-to spot when I need a new pair of jeans or a couple cute tops. (I wear scrubs every day at work, which is BORING, and means I don't shop for new clothes very often, simply because I don't have many occasions to wear them...) Park Lane is surprisingly easy to get in and out of, and parking near the top level Old Navy entrance is easy and convenient. Sometimes these stores can get cluttered, unorganized, and the sales people are not very pleasant, but this location is definitely the exception to that rule! The clothes are always neatly displayed, no piles laying about, and the associates are always friendly and helpful. Old Navy is a great place to shop for cute and AFFORDABLE stuff. I am a girly girl, but I just don't understand paying $200 for jeans, and my salary doesn't leave much room for $100 cute tops. Old Navy is great for trendy things and classic basics at a great price. And the clearance racks are the place to start! Today I got a super cute shift dress for $5!! Seriously!! Great selection! This is one of the larger locations since it's two story. They also recently changed the layout so that the women have the entire first floor to themselves (men, boys, girls, and baby are upstairs). One of my favorite features of Old Navy are the quick change rooms with the round curtains you can close around you. I have never had to wait for one of them, which is great when there's a line in the fitting rooms. Bottom Line: Affordable products, good parking, helpful service. read more

Old Navy has long been one of my go-to stores for casual clothes and I was so happy to find this location. Not only is it in the middle of a vibrant shopping center, this Old Navy is pretty decent sized with a good selection to boot. Most Old Navy stores these days are downsizing in terms of store space but this location is very spread out. There is usually a ton of clearance with some good finds on occasion. Downstairs is the women's clothing and upstairs is men's and children's clothing. I usually visit during the summer on weekdays when I am able to shop without distractions. Well, I made the mistake of going on a Saturday. Never again. I waited in line 20 minutes because I had a shirt that I just had to return and there were some cute items on sale that I know I wouldn't find if I went to another store or came back another day. The cashiers seemed incompetent and one customer's transaction took about 15 minutes! So if you're thinking about coming to this store on a Saturday, just don't do it. Mixed feelings. This ON is located in a very trendy part of DFW. So sometimes we tend to have expectations associated with certain zip codes. The good stuff. Came in looking for a polka dot sheath and they had several in my size. Bonus: they even had 1 fit and flare in my size (this was my preference but I was willing to accept the sheath). The fit and fare was out of stock in my size online so this made for a serendipitous scenario. Went to the check out line and that's when things went down. Both cashiers were having difficulties processing customers purchase. The line was short but got longer and no additional cashier help was summoned- perhaps folks called in-idk. Finally the manager was called to assist after I had been waiting in line to be helped well over 10 min. The next issue is more for corporate. We "earn" the supercash but it has limitations like u have to spend a certain threshold to use the supercash amount you earned. Also it can't be combined with other discounts. I ardently disagree with this policy. Black Friday is built on the premise-give bigger discounts, people are apt to spend more-generally speaking. If I could grade this experience with ON-it'd earn D+. Do better ON, do better! read more

The restroom in this place is heinous!!! Shows there is zero checks and maintenance done by the managers. Understandable that folks are not courteous however if a restroom is going to be provided to the public then it must be maintained and sanitized in order to avoid more transfer of viruses and bacteria that could make someone very ill. read more

Awful customer service. Bought some pants here a month ago and used a "super cash" discount. Needed to exchange a pair so I went in today, only for them to tell me I paid $1 for the pair last time. The super cash discount took uneven amounts off each item last time and made it seem like the pair of pants I was trying to return were originally only $1. Even though I was doing a simple swap of size, the cashier made me pay for the new pair in entirety. I worked in retail, I know she could have made it an even swap. A lot of them just stand around talking and gossiping, and a couple times the things they were talking about made me do a double take.
