Thank you Bottles and Cases for carrying a Cab I just about couldn't find anywhere else and for a very reasonable price! Considering I bought two bottles and had them shipped to the west coast, the cost of shipping wasn't that bad. I paid $24 for shipping via UPS ground and got my order within a week. The two other and only websites I found sold the wine were demanding as much as 3x the cost, NOT including shipping.... There IS NO competition here. read more

Came in here yesterday just for some cooking wine--ended up with 2 bottles of wine(plus my cooking) and a bottle of vodka! Haha! There were taste testings for the wine I chose and also for the vodka I had picked up. If it weren't for the taste testing I would have never discovered this new drink! The vodka is called Top Brass White Chocolate Almond--80 proof. Mix with pomegranate juice...YUM! If you are in the area you should check this place out! read more

Avoid! Just traveled an hour to get a promoted wine. They ran out! Only had 10 cases!!! What crap! The help there is also clueless about customer service... Had the nerve to say "Enjoy" after not being able to deliver on a promoted special... Never coming back. read more

Unfortunartely, their prices are not that special anymore with more and more similiar type liquor stores opening up. They use to run some very nice sales from time to time but have not seen one in a long while. Can't count of something you like staying there very long. read more

This store just lost frequent, long term customers. My wife and I are a married couple in our thirties who regularly frequented this store. We live less than a half mile away so the convenience was excellent. On February 24, 2018 I attempted to purchase several bottles of wine for a gathering. When we arrived at the register, the store requested both my wife's and my ID despite the fact that I was making the purchase. I presented my ID. My 31 year old wife, who is an attorney, explained that she left her ID at home but she maintained a discount card through the store for which they had to scan her ID into the system. She asked whether or not as a courtesy, the store could look up the card and confirm with the photograph that this was the same person. Erika, the clerk, refused. My wife also graciously offered to leave the store for the transaction to which the clerk stated she still would not sell me the wine. I should note that this is the first time my wife has ever been ID'd at the store other than to obtain the discount card on her first visit. We asked to speak to another supervisor, Allison, who was incredibly confused and rude. Allison advised that it was store policy to ID anyone who came to the register for a transaction. Notably, at the register next to us, a young woman who appeared under 21 was present with her mother and was NOT ID'd. We questioned Allison regarding this as the transaction was occurring, to which she became flustered and stated it was a judgment call. The fact that the store could not make a judgment call to sell wine to a customer who presented valid ID confirming an age of 32 years old would not sell to this customer because his wife did not have her wallet on her, even after she left the store, is very disturbing and simply put - bad business practice. My wife, having come from the gym, was in gym gear, but I can guarantee that if she was dressed in her normal business attire the store would have never asked for ID. I should also note that we are an interracial couple. The store did not even offer an apology or offer to look up my wife's scanned ID in the system. We will never return and we will advise our family, friends and business associates to do so as well. read more
