We tried this place for the first time late Sunday afternoon for an early dinner and it was amazing! Everything we had from the drinks to the food was awesome. They also have a lot of gluten free options, which was a bonus for me. We shared some small plates and I had the Adobo for my meal and it was so good. The service was also excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. And the vibe of the place was very nice. We look forward to going back and trying more!

In terms of ambiance, drinks, and service this place is divine! Unfortunately I wasn't a huge fan of the food. I'm vegan so it may just be that the vegan dishes weren't as good, but i was sadly disappointed. Starting with the vegan appetizer. I was expecting a purple sweet potato based on description, but it ended up being a potato mashed with some other ingredients into a paste and put back into the shape of a potato. Wasn't a huge fan of that. The vegan stir fry also seemed to be lacking in texture and flavor. Everything was fresh, but the abundance of mushrooms was overpowering and a lot of one thing. The yucca fries were pretty good. Now the sauces - to die for and so fresh! I was so in love with the drinks (cocktails and mocktails). The complementary Peruvian corn and house made sauces were such a treat. Hoping they expand their vegan dishes soon to keep us coming back.

Used to go to the Urubamba in Jackson heights. This location is higher end. Loved the quality of the food. It's also very flavorful & delicious. It's reminds me of city food. Had the pico sour and pandan colada to start. Very refreshing and delicious. The ginger taste for colada is just right. For appetizers we ordered the ceviche mixto (seafood) & grilled octopus. For main dishes, we ordered Lomo saltado and paella. Dessert we had the Cherimoya ice cream. 1st time having cherimoya and we were blown away. It was delightful! We would def come back again

We've never had Peruvian food before and everything was very good. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It was a cute little restaurant pretty decor. The only problem we had was our bill there were many charges that needed to be removed. So keep an eye on the bill they made lots of mistakes. But it was rectified

Started off with a Pico Sour and Cerviche Classico. Was excellent. Then for our meal, we had the Ribeye, Paella, and Cornish Hen, also all excellent. And for desert we had the Chirimoya iced cream, with a complimentary Panna Cotta; both of which were delicious, though I preferred the panna cotta. The service of course was great. Would love to stop by again.

Food was delicious. Ambiance comfortable. Service (Nelly) and owner (Sigi) friendly and hospitable. We had the Adobo, lomo saltado, ceviche, grilled octopus, pannacotta, tres leches and cherimoya ice cream.

I wasn't in the mood to go out in a Sunday evening but I'm so glad I got a second wind. My wife knew how much I love ceviche so put a hook in me to have some of my favorite food- Peruvian. We arrived and were delighted to see such beautiful decor and authentic feels that compliment the food. Service was traditional and friendly. The servers we had were genuinely glad we were there. We were offered cocktails and the night only got better. As you can see from the pictures, we ate like a king and queen. The overall experience is one we want to have again- and soon! Desert was a warm brownie with some ice cream made from local flavors and we really enjoyed it as well as the tasty shots of pisco mixed with some local flavor. While they've only been open two months, they've gotten the whole package running on all eight cylinders. I'm promised a delicious cup of coffee when they get their machine in the future. All the best of luck !!!

Everything was perfect. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm welcome from who I guess was the owner Sigi. We got two shots of chica morada. Delicious. We then had the grilled octopus. A great recommendation from our waiter Angel. Outstanding. Service was excellent. Pico sour was also great. Uru sour was my personal favorite since I'm a whiskey guy.

The service is OUTSTANDING! The server greeted us outside and was great. The owner checked on us and thanked all of us for visiting (shaking hands) . The decor is beautiful. I don't know the names of all the dishes, but I really liked the fried one. I LOVED the mashed potatoes that were part of a meat dish - even asked for the recipe lol. This place is new, but already very popular

From the ambiance to the cuisine, everything was delightful and well executed. I especially appreciated that the music was kept at a comfortable level and was neither loud nor distracting. We ordered the grilled octopus and a kale salad as appetizers, both of which were excellent. For the main course, we selected the pollo a la brasa, salmon, paella and seco. The chicken and salmon were outstanding; however, I found the seco to be somewhat overpriced given the portion of meat served. The desserts, the brownie and the cherimoya ice cream, were not overly sweet and were truly pleasing to the palate. Finally, the waiters were attentive throughout the evening. I recommend Urubamba and look forward to visiting here again in the near future.

Nice ambiance, friendly service. The food was mostly very good. We ordered the pollo Ala brasa which would have been a bit better if they had used a chicken instead of Cornish hen which was dry. Potatoes that came with it were delicious and the sauce was good. Pisco sours were delicious, and so was the ceviche mixta. Our friend ordered the salmon which he said was very good. Dessert was a mixed bag. Great sales pitch enticed us to order 2 desserts when we seldom order even one. The ice cream was homemade and full of ice crystals unfortunately and not very good. The panna cotta was very good. Overall we enjoyed the meal and I would recommend this restaurant.

We tried Urubamba on a whim for a light snack and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff and service is attentive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We were first offered a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a fresh fried corn snack. We ordered a vegan appetizer that was flavorful and unique. We also loved the octopus appetizer. The yucca fries were freshly made - crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. Ambience is clean and very nicely decorated. This is hands down a place will visit again.

Wow! A fantastic addition to the Huntington Village dining scene, Urubamba is located just north of the village where Babalu used to be. The owner, who welcomed us at the door with a warm handshake, did a great job renovating the space, making it light, bright and welcoming. The bartender is a master; the incredible Uru Sour (Pisco Italia, Black Whiskey, elderflower, yuzu, egg whites) he made me was so good I had to have two. The food itself was amazing: Leche de Tigre with calamari special appetizer was easily the best ceviche I've ever tasted. We also had a colorful and tasty vegan causa to start. On suggestion of my son (who'd eaten here once before), i had the lomo saltado as my main, and it was excellent. Tender beef, crispy potatoes and flavorful sauce. We ended with a pair of divine desserts: chirimoya ice cream and manjar blanco tres leches. Throughout, the servers and owner were so friendly and warm, telling us about the history of chirimoya. Urubamba is the best Peruvian restaurant I've ever been to, and I cannot wait to return and try more dishes.

But when it comes to custom cakes, NO ONE is better than Agata! She is phenomenal! Not only does she make the most creative and artistic looking cakes, they are also UNBELIEVABLY delicious. So far my experience with Agata is that she can make any cake you want. I first came across her work after doing a Google search looking for someone who could bake me a Ferrero Rocher cake. I wanted it to be exactly like the chocolate, with the Nutella center and the crunchy wafer layer. NO BAKER I visited in person was able to do that. When I contacted Agata I expected her to say no too since so many people had. But I was positively surprised when she said she could do it. And not only did she do it, she did it PERFECTLY! Ever since then she has been my go-to person for cakes. And I have recommended her to everyone I know and they all love her! She is very affordable too!!! I feel so lucky to have found her. She even delivers the cake to our home because we are in Northport, just a few minutes away from Huntington Village where she is located. So if you need a cake, any cake, no matter how complex in shape, size, flavor or theme, Agata is your girl! Baking My Heart Out is by far the best cake bakery I have ever seen, even in Paris, Manhattan, and every famous city's bakery in between.

Not only did these set me back $9 total, but were annoying to eat and not worth the cost at all. The minimal chocolate filling had sunken to the bottom and completely fused to the wrappers, and the muffins were very dry inside, not soft and fudgey like chocolate babka should be. Everything they have looks and sounds incredible, but the two muffins I got were very overpriced and not nearly good enough to be worth it.
