Taste is pretty average for $6 (after tax) for one scoop. There are a few tables for outdoor seating. Friendly service.

YES! I walk by this spot all the time in Huntington Village and there's always something to draw me in. This last time around, I bought a few candied apples and some peppermint fudge. Both were amazing! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

It was my first time visiting Kilwins and I love how creamy their ice cream is! I got a kid's scoop of Cappuccino Chocolate Chip and it was the right amount after brunch. You can taste the coffee flavor right away and it didn't taste artificial. I was also offered a taste of the Sea Salt Caramel fudge while in the store. The fudge was good but a small amount can go a long way because it was rich and dense. I saw that they had outdoor seating in the back but since it was a rainy day, we decided to find cover next to the Community Pet Store. If they had indoor seating, then it would have been a perfect spot to grab a quick snack with family or friends!

I love the sign they have on their storefront 2 customers at a time (during covid) Their ice cream is delicious and we do not leave without picking up 2 caramel apples to go! One with pecan and one plain that the kids love! Not too sweet and the ingredients they use are legit! Not cheap stuff!

Kilwins is a Huntington staple, making & serving some of the best ice cream, fudge, candied apples, and chocolates. They know how to do it and do it better than most. You get that your on vacation feel when you enter, counter help is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sea salt Caramel ice cream outrageously decadent, Rum Raisin silky smooth and just the perfect portion of raisins. So many other flavors to try, oh well next time and we go with a freshly made waffle cone topped with chocolate fudge. Highly recommend to get your ice cream fix on.

You'd expect this place to have specks of gold in their ice cream for the amount they charge for a scoop. The ladies working there were super nice to my group and I. Everything looked delicious. Just the serving sizes were skimpy. They had outdoor seating as well. Would come again to indulge.

I scream, you scream WE ALL scream for ICE CREAM!

My friend Hilary just came back from visiting her mom in Florida and was stoked that there was an establishment here in Huntington. After our delicious meal at Mission Taco, we decided to splurge again and get a cool dessert. There was a short line to get in and all patrons were wearing masks and socially distancing. As we waited, we reviewed the ice cream menu Kilwins posted outside their door. So many great flavors to choose from: Blueberry Waffle Cone, Mackinac Island Fudge, New Orleans Praline Pecan, Marsh-Mallow S'mores, etc. We entered but only allowed to stand in front of a stanchion and place our order. The ice cream menus were strewn on a table for patrons to once again review options. As the employees worked on our ice cream: Old Fashioned Vanilla/ Kilwins Tracks in a cup for me and Pistachio/Cappuccino on a waffle cone for Hilary, you can eye some delectables that they sell from fudge, fancy candies and other chocolate deliciousness. The interior is spacious and esthetically pleasing. The employees are courteous and professional. We then took our treats to an alley around the corner to their outside seating. There is a beautiful mural one passes showing a gorgeous walled canvas of diners that Michelangelo would be proud of. The ice cream is high quality, fresh and tasted delicious. The tracks in Kilwins Tracks were filled with delicious chocolate chunks, worth the cheat. Kudos to Kilwins for really coming through with pleasant service( majority of employees were young kids and they were great!) during a troubling time with a smile on their face. Especially the employee who took my advice, the Store Manager in me, to reposition the sign on the back door, originally used to lead patrons to the outside tables,to the brick wall to prevent patrons from entering the store from that back door ( no inside eating yet). Long Island is slowly reopening and what better way to get back to a bit of normalcy by enjoying delicious ice cream at Kilwins. 5 star breakdown: 1* delicious product 2* delicious and unique flavors 3* spotless environment 4* socially responsible during COVID 5* sparkling service and employees Thank you Kilwins for contributing to a beautiful summer day.

It's sounds corny but I was like a kid in a candy store ... I'm a regular at Kilwins I first discovered them years ago in Delray Florida ... when they opened in my home town of Huntington I was thrilled ... when you enter you are intoxicated by the aroma of sweet heaven ... as you look around you see an endless selection of candy displayed like fine jewelry in display cases ... then there's the ice cream ... yum Check it out ... you won't be sorry ....

    Pathetic serving.

I literally bought one mini baguette, took a bite outside the store and walked right back in for 4 more. It is THAT good. Not only did these set me back $9 total, but were annoying to eat and not worth the cost at all. The minimal chocolate filling had sunken to the bottom and completely fused to the wrappers, and the muffins were very dry inside, not soft and fudgey like chocolate babka should be. Everything they have looks and sounds incredible, but the two muffins I got were very overpriced and not nearly good enough to be worth it. Additionally, the parking situation is a nightmare, with people parking in spots that don't exist in a lot that's already way too tight.

As an avid baker, and sweets connoisseur, I'm always looking to find new bakeries or home bakers…read morethat elevate what I can do myself **I'm looking at you The Egg Suite, The Crumb Picker, and Elisa's Niece's Cafe**and I was really looking forward to trying this bakery. Well let me just say that this was an atrocious experience from start to finish. I will NEVER return to this bakery. The girl helping me didn't know if the tiramisu was made with mascarpone or whipped cream or if the Napoleon had pastry cream, custard, or whipped cream. Usually you can tell by looking and that should've been my first sign that something was off. I just assumed that she was new and she was super sweet and apologetic so I forged on. I ordered an Italian cheesecake, cannoli, a single serve tiramisu, and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was soft and a little chewy and the quality of the chocolate was on point. When I opened the box that the cheesecake was in, it was filled with a viscous brown fluid that in my 5 minute drive home had actually accumulated enough to soak through the cardboard bakery box. I immediately knew that either there was too much butter in the crust, there was a water bath issue, meaning the crust was not properly sealed against the water bath or the water level was too high, OR, the cake was old and prolonged refrigeration was the culprit. I brought the cake right back and quietly showed the counter employee the issue...there were customers in the store and I was not looking to draw attention to this issue. The worker was appropriately apologetic and brought it to the back...and that's where everything quickly deteriorated. The owner came out accusing me of dropping the cake, which didn't happen and also had nothing to do with all the oozing brown goo, and then proceeded to insult and demean me in front of the other customers. He said I "obviously wasn't Italian" and therefore "didn't know anything about Italian cheesecakes." When I shared that I was actually born in Italy he quickly shifted to degrading the region my family and I are from. He then said "oh do you make cheesecake every day like we do because if you don't, you don't get to have an opinion." He went on and on while I just continued to request a refund for the defective item. To be fair and transparent, I would've probably overlooked the dripping crust if the cheesecake tasted amazing but it tasted like it had spent a few days too long in the fridge. These days spending close to $40 for a small cake is somewhat of a luxury. I appreciate all of the bakeries and home bakers who are persevering in this difficult economy and continuing to produce quality products. I absolutely understand that nothing is perfect and mistakes happen and when I'm at fault, I take responsibly and hold myself accountable. I do not yell, demean, and insult customers like this owner did. There are too many wonderful bakeries and home bakers that stand behind their goods and deserve your patronage and hard earned money. This establishment is NOT one of the them. As multiple other reviews have stated, it seems that when things are good they're good but when they are bad, this owner is rude and takes no accountability. I do wonder if he would've spoken to my husband in the same manner that he spoke to me but we'll never know because no one I know will ever step foot in this establishment again. Also, the cannoli shells were totally soggy on the bottom. A true Italian bakery would fill individually per order.

The hostess asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we told her it was our anniversary, she surprised us with a handwritten card waiting at our table that read, "Happy Anniversary! Thank you for celebrating your milestone with us." It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel genuinely welcomed. The waterfront setting is absolutely stunning. We timed our reservation perfectly for sunset, and between the sailboats, glowing sky, and beautifully lit trees, it felt like something out of a movie. The outdoor patio is one of the most beautiful dining settings I've experienced on Long Island. We started with the crab cake, which was packed with fresh lump crab and lightly seasoned so the quality of the seafood really shined. The crispy exterior paired perfectly with the creamy remoulade. Every bite was delicious. The service was attentive, friendly, and never rushed. Our server made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening, and every staff member we encountered helped make our celebration feel special. It's rare to find a restaurant that combines exceptional food, incredible views, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. Prime Steakhouse delivered on all of it. We'll absolutely be back, and I can't recommend it enough for a date night, anniversary, or any special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. We got the butternut squash which sounded very fancy on the menu but was just butternut squash with a piece of fried prosciutto stuck in each portion on top of cacio e pepe sauce which by the way was broken. We also got what we thought was going to be artichokes on a bed of arugula but was mostly arugula with a few small pieces of artichoke and some pistachios. It was bland, definitely needed some vinegar or lemon or something. Not worth the price, I could have thrown that together myself at home. We also had the spinach/pear salad. Again, I could have made that at home. I got the lemon shrimp linguine. I liked the pasta, I liked the sauce, I did not like the shrimp that came with it. They were tiny and maybe boiled, just not great. We also had the ravioli. One big extremely dense ravioli, raviolo or whatever a singular one is technically called. It was ok but so dense and rich. We also had the bolognese. Not the best. For the prices we paid we expected greatness. We each had dessert. So for the 3 of us the bill came to almost $300 with tip. I personally felt like the service did not warrant the tip but we left it anyway. We weren't checked on, we had to wait a long time to get the bill and we paid by phone app. The service wasn't great. I think the best part of the entire night was the little bucket of candy that we got with the check. The gummy butterfly was delicious! No, we won't be back.
