David methodically tested the system - the compressor outside and the air handler in the "very warm - HOT" attic. Upon diagnosing the system issue, he explained the problems in language understandable to unschooled individuals. He relocated the thermal expansion valve, identified a wrongfully wired connecton and replaced a section of the dran piping that was improperly sloped. David was thorough! Recently my heater stopped blowing heat and they offered me a next business day appointment. The tech showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and got it repaired. In the past this heater had serious issues and would not work after several uses. I had a couple different companies come out and repair it, but within a few uses it would stop working again. I was at my wits end and randomly called tSpecialized Mechanical. I gave the tech the history of the problems with the unit.
