I was hoodwinked into saying ok to their "let's do the oil change/air filter change BEFORE the inspection" and was thereby TRICKED into spending over $300 BEFORE they did looked at the truck's under body which FAILED inspection. If I had known the truck would fail inspection, then why would I spend over $300 on the old change and air filters? The order in which the two services occurred is DELIBERATELY DESIGNED so that the company can MAKE MONEY before failing your inspection. THIS IS SURELY NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUYERS BEWARE. AT THE VERY LEAST, BE SURE TO INSIST THAT THEY PERFORM THE INSPECTION FIRST. DON'T BE HOODWINKED. read more

May 1, 2025 (The Red Balloon) This is NOT some one-off review... it merely follows and confirms the review I gave this business in October... Cliff, Dominic, Jacob... and the gentleman hidden beneath my vehicle handling the oil drop... In a word: Superlative... In late October... I had mentioned to Jacob about distributing helium balloons to the kids while they waited patiently for the vehicle service in mom/dad's car... it was just a suggestion... I did not think he would take me literally... But he went further... I was the destination of the idea he ran with... After a 5-minute wait, I received an oil change today in addition to a safety check... tire pressure check... vehicle lights... and car wash... (the high center brake light assembly was also changed!) With humor... aplomb, dignity... and professional assessments of my truck... And... Jacob handed me a coveted red helium balloon... Perhaps it is just symbolism... but this gesture is far-reaching... this cements my go-to place for service... Not just a simple symbol... but an assurance of consistency in service standards... I got an oil change, which was done very efficiently and thoughtfully. They showed me how my current filter looked and then showed me the new filter before they put it in. They told me the cost and confirmed I wanted a new filter before doing so. You have the option to sit in your car as the oil change is done or sit in their waiting area. Additionally, they offer you free bottled water, coffee, seltzer and snacks. I highly recommend them for oil changes, was in and out within 30 minutes or less and plan to come back again for my next oil change. read more

We are baffled as to how these guys could get anything less than 5 stars. Jacob, Dominic, Cliff and the whole crew, are pros. They changed our oil, filled fluids, gave us a safety check, replaced filters, and gave us helpful advice before inspecting our vehicle. Honest, detail-focused, personable, and speedy service. I was there once before for an oil change and the service was fine. But today they pulled us in and left us sitting there while they did some more serious repairs on the truck in the next bay. It would have been fine if they had been honest about how long we were going to sit there. When they finally did the oil change, after we complained, they did very little on the list of things they supposedly check for $108.00. Not sure I'll go back. Absolute train wreck of an experience. I went in for an oil change in my mother in laws car on12/4/2024 and will never go back. Let's start off with the cashier, he was kind right up until I declined purchasing an air filter and then I got treated like garbage the rest of my time there. Some guy in a blue button up shirt walked up and asked me if everyone was treating me alright. At the time he came out everyone had.(he came out before they got to my air filter). I'm assuming he's the owner or something because he's the only one in a blue button up. Maybe next time he should wipe the white substance off his nose before greeting a customer! On 4/15/2025, I went in for an oil change. On 5/13/2025, I took my car to my mechanic in Woodbury to get my tires changed and have him see if I had an oil leak, since despite having just gotten an oil change the dipstick wasn't showing any oil. He told me that there was very little oil, it was obviously very old, and the filter hadn't been changed in years. I called Vermont Quick Lube back to ask for a refund and they said they had checked their security footage and I HAD gotten an oil change. Oh, THEY checked THEIR security footage? Case closed! I mean, what reason would they have to lie? I guess the fact that they claim to have looked at their security footage is the same thing as there being new oil and a new filter in my car. I paid $123 for a service I DID NOT RECEIVE, and was treated with contempt when I had the audacity to complain. I've filed a complaint with the VT Attorney General, will be taking them to small claims court, and plan to take a personal day so that I can stand outside their chop shop with a sign. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. read more

I stopped in to get an inspection and oil change, I was greeted and brought to the lobby, they took car of my vehicle and when there was something that would otherwise fail my cars inspection, they brought it to my attention and what I would need to do to get it fixed. They assisted me getting it fixed and we passed inspection. Honesty and willingness to work with the customers, what more could I ask for. I have found my local oil change and inspection spot for my future needs. read more

horrible experience! They advertise as a "no appointment for service" I went there based on that, however when I arrived there was told they had a 4 1/5 hour wait time because of cars being Dropped off overnight! The employee said I could wait or come back and I get in! So I went back but a different employee told me they were now "full" for the day and I could just leave my car overnight to get the service in the morning, which wasn't an option for me! I then called around and found someone else to do my inspection and the service was excellent and I paid less then QuickLubes price which was $30. higher! read more

I called to get an estimate and the technician was friendly and provided me a decent quote. I asked to make an appointment on Saturday (because we work M-F ) and he replied that they don't take appointments. He said to show up Saturday and they would have the tires ordered and in. Well our entire family showed up Saturday at 10 am (3 small children) with one person ahead of us. Our tires were in, but somehow we waited an hour and 45 minutes. So at 11:45 the general manager came out to inform us that we probably weren't going to be seen today and to come back next Saturday. Very poor business practices. Never using this establishment again. Very poor etiquette. A waste of our weekend day off. Also, there was someone who came after us that was helped in the tire area. So we showed up waited and were passed over. What a terrible business. Never again. read more

First time ever paying someone to change my oil and rotate my tires. Great experience! Not only did they do what I wanted they checked the pressure in my tires, checked the air filter, checked the cabin filter, did an all around light check and they did all this while being very polite and cheerful. I gave this company a 3 star review about 4 months ago. Had a problem with manager. Well the owner called me back that day and said he would take care of it. And he did.
