If I could leave less stars I would…read more This has been my worst legal experience by far. I was told that we should be able to finish up my case by Christmas of 2021. Three Christmases later and we don't even have a parenting plan put together. Communication with them has been a nightmare. There was little to no effort to keep me informed on my case. Every time I tried to contact them for an update, I would call multiple times a day for days at a time with no response. There were at least three occasions where I had to call from a Georgia number just to get through (I am from out of state). Of course, my call would be answered on the second ring if it were from Georgia. I guess they only get excited for new money. This was the most expensive disappointment I have ever had to deal with. They very clearly did not care about me or my case. Business is business, but you can still conduct business and be a nice person. I hope they read this and make the decision to do better. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I could not be more disappointed with the lack of results, communication, and compassion.

I was so nervous on the stand but she had a way to calm me. I have so much respect for them and I just love them. i will get to see them in January to work on a new will for me. happy about that. want the best lawyer in Augusta then look no further.

I have not heard from the attorney Beth-Ann since I signed my check over to her; that was over 3 months ago and after several failed attempts to contact the office. I had to contact and seek assistance from the Georgia State Board and get my bank involved to file a fraud claim. I have the supporting documents to support my claim. Please reach out if you need more proof not to sue this company. As a single mother trying to establish a shared parenting plan and child support order, she has continued to profit off my struggle to get the care my children need. I paid $3400 to modify an order--that in itself is ridiculous--my divorce was finalized in Florida in 2016. As a Navy Veteran and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have seen a lot of sad and unfortunate things in my day, but this customer service has been the absolute worst, and to take someone's money and not respond to them in over 3 months when they are trying to create justice for their children has to be borderline unethical. Not to mention that there is a sign on their door that states that the staff is armed and that no one will be seen without an appointment, so I am guessing I am NOT the only one money they have taken and not responded back to. Please I beg of you, stay clear of this office- I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the State Bar of Georgia.
