If you have any "Common Sense" do not use this company. These guys are straight "Moving Scammers". They must have thought that they were going to get over on me, when they heard that I was moving my things from a military base to a city location. They have no idea of what a "Standard" is. To start off, they were more than 3 hours late. I had paid them "half" up front to make sure that they had more than the deposit to make the move guaranteed. They sent their other "brother" to get the money while that they claimed they were doing another move. I was moving a three to four bedroom that was being stored in a 10X30 unit to a couple of 10X20 units in the next city. They were loading with people that I know they picked up off of the street. "Literally". I would see the people that they hired to make the move in the city on a weekly basis. So they must have thought that they were getting over on me. One of the people that they hired was throwing my things in the dumpster to make room on the truck for the move. I literally had to watch them because they were "Extremely Shady". The White mover literally dropped my computer and then said that it probably didn't work anyway. These idiots were worst than trash. After we left the first location the move out location I was under the impression that they would go straight to the move in location but I was definitely wrong about that. They stated that they needed a break and needed to stop and get something to eat before they unloaded the truck. I was thinking that "Normal" people would stop on the road briefly, pick up something and possibly switch drivers while the other driver would eat in transit. These jackasses went missing for 4 hours to the point had to file a police report because at this point they would not answer the phone nor did they respond to my text to where they were with my things. After I made the police report then they wanted to return my call when they got pulled over. The police department asked if I wanted to continue with the incident. I stated that if they get my things to the new location in the next 20 minutes then I will suspend the report. They showed up in 15 minutes after they were released from the scene. They were so slow that they did not complete the move in until the next morning. They were ridiculously slow. On top of that I moved out of a 10X30 to (2) 10X20 units. How do you squish a 10X30 into (1) 10X20 unit. That is why I will have to go through and make sure that I am not missing TV's and other expensive equipment that was included in the move. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I would never recommend this company to my "Worst Enemy". They are and were that bad. We had an emergency situation that required moving and storage services within a single days notice. Vladamir and Grady Boudreaux stepped up to the plate and went the extra yard to ensure that our move would be taken care of. They communicated with us the night before and again early in the morning on the day of the move to assure us that they would be able to take care of what we needed. And they did just that--took care of us. Most of all, these brothers and their team are so very nice and a pleasure to work with. This is an awful company. The sad part is that you try to do business with black owned companies and but always get messed around. I hired this company, on 3/30/2025 to provide moving services on 4/17/2025. Paid deposit immediately. On 4/17, after their scheduled time to arrive, I called them to confirm what time I should except them to arrive. The guy answered (mostly the owner) sounded as if he was sleep, then told me they didn't have any scheduled moves for the day. He proceeded to tell me he needed to call his Boss, which I'm sure he is the so called "Boss". He later texted, said they could come later in the afternoon or next day, no apologies. I requested a refund for deposit, now they refuse to pay back deposit. Now I have to take them to small claims court for a measly $50 but it's the principal and we have to stop allowing companies to do this. DO NOT USE this company they will still your money. read more

False hope, Fake courtesy & Poor Service (Part One): Last December, my boyfriend and his roommate hired Boudreaux's Moving to assist them with their movers under my suggestion (the guys had moved my roommate and I a few months earlier). During the move, my boyfriend's television was SEVERELY damaged due to the way it was packed on the truck. Once we discovered the damage (which was the same day), we immediately reached out to Vladimir and the other guys bc, per their contract, any damages to electronics would be replaced or repaired within 90 days. Well, it's been 90 days, and we STILL have a broken tv and no repair check has been issued, nor has a licensed technician reached out to us to fix the item. We got the run around for appx. 2 months, and now, we just get silence. Before this incident, I had referred this team to at least five different people...never again. Used Boudreaux's Moving last weekend to move from a second floor apartment to a seventh floor apartment five miles down the road. I forget the names of the guys that helped but I believe it was Grady and Schnard. These guys were the upmost professional guys I've ever dealt with when it comes to moving and they were unbelievably quick. The were able to move roughly around 15 large and medium boxes, couches, tables, and a mattress with bed frame in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this company for that they were the most affordable compared to other companies around the Atlanta metro area. read more

They were 4 hours late and said it was my fault. They charged me twice for the gas fee and they won't refund the $75. They said they worked until 8:30PM but my code to leave self storage was used at 7:14PM and there is no chance of them returning a call. read more

BEWARE!! This company is the worst!! My sister and I waited several hours beyond the 3 hour window that was given (2-5pmfor this company to arrive. However, nobody ever showed up. They did not have the decency to call and let us know what the deal was. And then had the audacity to turn their phone off after we tried calling several times up until 8pm. This company is VERY unprofessional and do not deserve the 1 star. Our whole day was wasted because of them. I will never hire this company again, nor recommend it to my worst enemy. read more

If I purchased 2 storage unit and handed you both set of storage keys, I expect you to use both storage unit and not cram and stack everything on top of each other into one unit...making it impossible to sort through anything. Meanwhile being charged for an unused unit. You would think that by handing them 2 set of storage keys that it was a no brainer to use both storages. While they were unloading into the storage , we were waiting in the front office waiting area. The only time we left the storage place was to grab some lunch for the movers as a nice gesture and a thank you. We did not realize that both unit was not being used until we had to unload more things a few weeks later. Open the first storage, which to our surprise was completely empty. Went to 2nd storage and it's was completely fully stacked on top of each other. Could not get through at all. Even snapped a picture in reference to show how badly everything was crammed in. Asked for a resolution in regard this and only asked to please reimbursed for the 2nd storage that we paid and management refused. Ask for the owner Vladimir to contact me who has yet responded to phone calls and emails. Bad business. Would not recommend. Paid roughly $1200 in total with moving service and 2 storage units. read more
