The building is located in a nice area. Parking wasn't a problem but could be during the busy season. When you walk in, the first part of the store is more for like crystals and shirts, etc... When you go to the right is the actual honey. The worker there, very nice, short very helpful, was super patient. She let me sample the few samples they had of honey. Again, the store doesn't have 10 different honeys that I'm used to. Their main source of honey is from their own hive. They also bring in honey from hani in Stuart. The honey was good. A bit pricy however. They do let you come back in with your used jar to receive a discount. I thought that was very nice. I would come back here but would try other places as well.

No one welcomed us into the store, and it honestly felt like we were a bother just by being there. The staff came across as rude and annoyed, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. The staff were standing around and we had to ask for assistance. They appeared bothered when we asked for help. Customer service really needs improvement here. A little friendliness and basic courtesy would go a long way.Do not go here, bring your business elsewhere.
