He cut her very short as I had requested, and the whole grooming was done short like I wanted, and when I picked her up, she came out looking terrific. No criticism here I do not live in Arizona and this Groomer was actually recommended to me by My Son as he has a business very close there and drops his English bulldog their regularly. Having a husky, their fur coat is very important, and they need to be groomed a certain way to maintain their body temperature for each season, and can be tricky to groom. But Hannah is a husky wizard, the work she does and the transformation she did on our Ryden was the best cut, blowout, and groom he's ever had. He looks so handsome!! We are very fortunate to have found this gem of a human, and we can't thank her enough! She also does a fabulous job on smaller dogs as well, my mom brings her Maltese mix to her and she always goes above and beyond making every pup look adorable with a little touch of her own creative bows and scarves. we will definitely be returning when our boy is ready for another grooming!

I had a disappointing experience and would not trust them with my pups again…read more Before booking, I clearly communicated via email that my Pomeranian needed a trim (not a shave due to alopecia concerns) and even referenced a "silhouette cut." I was shown example photos, which I confirmed were exactly what I was looking for. Based on that, I booked and paid for what was advertised as a full groom or trim. Unfortunately, the service provided did not match what was discussed. I did not have the opportunity to fully inspect my dogs immediately after the appointment, as I had to leave the house right away, but upon reviewing them later that evening with my husband it was clear that, aside from a basic hygiene trim (potty area and feet), there was little to no visible trimming or shaping done. I also never mentioned the feet area as she stated, but I did mention potty areas. This felt inconsistent with the quoted service. My husband and I were appalled. As you can see in the photos, it looks like he wasn't groomed at all. Additionally, after the grooming, my dog experienced significant irritation in his belly/private area to the point of visible redness and discomfort, which has never happened in 6+ years of regular grooming. He's been whining everyday since the grooming. When I reached out to address these concerns, the groomer maintained that she delivered exactly what I requested, which was not accurate based on our prior written communication. I specifically asked for a trim, I specifically asked for the potty areas, and I specifically referenced a silhouette cut. I was also informed that refunds are not offered, though the tip was returned. While I appreciate that gesture, it does not resolve the larger issue that the service did not align with what was communicated or paid for. After continuing to fight for a partial refund, she then blocked my number. She also blocked me on Facebook so I'm unable to post a review there. Overall, this felt like a clear misalignment between expectations set and the service delivered. I would recommend future customers get very specific, written confirmation of exactly what will be done if you decide to book and make sure you IMMEDIATELY inspect your dogs afterwards. I'm out $150 because of it, and now have to get my dogs re-groomed. After reading the other 1 star reviews, it appears I'm not the only one who has had an experience like this. I have never in 6+ years of groomers ever encountered a situation like this, and it feels so unethical.

I was over charge for a Standard Poodle Puppy whom she wrecked the coat. My dog is a Show Dog. She charged $ 140.00 I will only use Poodle Groomers in the future. They do the work and are less costly. The grooming is really bad. The legs were cut so short, can't make any poms. The main was cut too far on the back. Will take months to grow. I had taken pictures for her. Theresa did not follow directions. She over books and at 4:30, my dog was there since 9:30. She only did 1 1/2 hour work and charged $ 140.00 I have requested a refund.
