We took our 3-month-old Maltipoo to Posh Wash Dog Wash for a full groom, haircut, and nail trim, and we had a great experience. Deborah, the owner, was very nice and welcoming, and you can tell she really cares about the animals. Our groomer, Monica, did an amazing job and gave us exactly the haircut we asked for. Our puppy came back looking adorable, clean, and happy. We're very happy with the service and will definitely be bringing him back again!
I am from out of town and needed to help get my parents' dog washed and nails trimmed. Posh Wash has groomers but they also have a self-serve option which was perfect! (First come first served) The tub has shampoo options, conditioner, tools to deal with shedding, towels, and a blow dryer. They were also able to accommodate a nail trim. Because my parents may have a hard time doing this themselves, I am thrilled they have a mobile option to bring grooming to where they are. To not have to deal with a tub post bath (with all that fur?) ... AWESOME! Everyone was friendly and service was great! Very happy!! Photo is a shiny clean pup minus a pound of fur!
First and last visit to Posh Wash Dog Wash. I scheduled full grooming for my two doodles two weeks in advance. The staff seemed fine with it over the phone, but today we were essentially turned away. We arrived early, and one groomer came out without a greeting--just asked which was Lily, then immediately checked her coat for matting. She pointed out one matted area, which I explained brushes out easily, as we groom them often. The second groomer, Michelle, assessed Rosie and said she was mostly fine, then circled back to Lily and told me they wouldn't have time to work through her coat. I even offered to have their bodies, legs, and feet clipped very short--no problem--but asked to preserve the top of their heads and ears, since I've spent years growing it out for a cute teddy bear look. She told me one ear was matted and they'd have to shave it off, but "that would look weird" with just one shaved ear--as if that was a reasonable solution. I've had my girls groomed for years and never had this kind of experience. It felt like they simply didn't want to deal with doodles. We would've spent over $200 today, but clearly, that didn't matter. If you have doodles, I'd strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I am very protective of my fur baby and was so happy with how great the experience was here! Danielle made my maltipoo Diego look so handsome and he was in such good spirits after I picked him up. I visited Posh Wash for the first time with my dog Mars yesterday! The experience we had was wonderful!! The staff is friendly, the tubs were clean and very spacious. There's enough distance between the tubs where you have enough privacy for yourself and your dog. They provide you with everything you need, too! Different shampoos, ear cleaner, cotton pads, towels, and a blow dryer with different speeds. I was nervous about how I would be able to restrain my big (Staffy) dog in the tub but they have a collar which is attached by the wall to restrain big dogs. It made it super easy and convenient with the hose to be able to wash him well!! And honestly IVE NEVER SEEN HIM SO SPARKLY! He looked so beautiful and smelled amazing, with that little extra perfume they provided too! :) I'll definitely tell all my friends with doggies and I'll be back eventually with my doggie.
Love this place! I can't wash my dog in the tub because of his thick double coat, plus bending over is a pain! This place has amazing elevated tubs (even a platform for the short pups), towels, brushes, dryer, everything you need! It's clean and welcoming. There's no time limit either to wash your dog like some places which give you 15 minutes to do it all! Will definitely be back!
I was here again over a weekend and I was shocked that my experience wasn't pleasant like the first time I was here. I checked the hours on the website which states last wash at 2:30pm on a Saturday and the shop closes at 4:00pm. I was in line at 2:27 waiting patiently behind someone checking out. The elderly lady with brown hair smiled at me but once she was done checking out the person ahead of me, she tells me they are closed. No ma'am, I was here before 2:30. I'm permitted to wash my dog but at 3:18 , I'm being asked if I'm done and they are rushing me out because they want to leave earlier. I ask did the hours change which they tell me no they have not; they just want to leave early. They are also rude about it and proceed to talk about me in the waiting area thinking they are discreet, but I can hear them. If they wanted to leave early, there should have been signs posted or have the website updated. I bring to their attention that I'm here in accordance to their hours but I am rudely being rushed. To the elderly women that work here, go find a job that lets you out at 2:30pm if you're going to give customers attitude when they come in before the last wash.
Yes, this review is specifically for the grooming service (not the self-wash), which has been great! I've taken my 30lb terrier there twice and it's usually about $50 each time for a groom/bath/nail clip (teeth brushing is extra). They get the grooming done within an hour and it always looks fantastic and the little ribbon they give is an extra added touch! I've previously tried PetSmart's grooming salon prior and they took the ENTIRE day on top of a pretty awful groom for my dog. Their customer service is wonderful as well. They keep a record of previous grooms so they know if you say you want "the same as last time", what we're referring to. The prices are affordable and I appreciate their promptness with answering the phones and getting something scheduled! I will say the entrance smells a little strongly but it's probably to mask the smell of wet dog! Overall, I would definitely recommend to all pet owners!

Beautiful shop! Friendly staff, little variety of shampoos for Our dog. All the grooming/ washing stuff you need. It's a self serve or you can have them do it as well. We did the self serve this time. Was great. Will be back. Price is little steep but not bad. read more

My 11 month pup looks great, but she came home rubbing on her ears excessively. Also, the next day I found the following marks on her. Every groomer I taken her to says she is a dream client, and I have never had her come back with markers on her. read more

Yelp says open till 6pm, I arrived at 5pm and the door was locked... A worker opened the door and said last wash is @ 4:30pm as to give you an hour and a half to wash your dog. As I sit typing this in their parking lot the worker locked up and left in her car @ 5pm. Oh well, guess I'll find another place to wash my dog. read more

Liz's company, Posh Wash has been grooming my dogs (a Yorkie and rescue Maltipoo) for over 10 years. We lost our 2 fur babies in 2020 and have recently welcomed a Havanese puppy into our home. Today was our puppy's first grooming and it felt like I was returning home! I can't say enough positive things about Liz and her business. The salon is spotless. The groomers are professional, kind and patient. And maybe, best of all, all of my girls are never traumatized or upset after a grooming. They always look and smell wonderful!!! LOVE THIS PLACE for my Sadie! She's a little too heavy when she does her pre-bath protest so it's a DREAM that I can come to a place bath my dog leave the hair and mess behind. They have all the equipment and professional grooming for added convenience. I love that I can have her nails cuts afterwards. A Real Doggie spa! Make sure your pup is well mannered, for the safety of all the other pups and parents giving baths. A little salami works for getting my girl into the tub all on her own. The staff is very nice and helpful. Each stall is cleaned out after every use. Their towels are clean and soft for our pets faces to be cleaned. Dry towels, ear pads and tear wash to get the "detailed" areas, and an adjustable blow dryer in each stall. Wonderful and peaceful atmosphere for a wonderful dog spa experience! read more

Convenient, messy, and fun, Posh Wash is a destination of ours after any long weekend camping in the woods or muddy post-rain trip to the dog park. The staff is friendly, the concept is a great idea, but the self-service wash is over priced. I would recommend it and give 5 stars if it was more like $20 an hour or 'pay by the minute' pricing. read more

Yes! We have Hypoallergenic, Oatmeal with Chamomile and Cactus Aloe. There’s also several specialty shampoos for an additional price should you need or want any of those as well.

Yes! My Golden Retriever had such a thick double coat. He looks and feels so much better now!
