I took my dog in for a nail trim. Nail trims are walk in only but they got me right in, out my dog up on the counter and clipped and filed his nails. We had to wait for another clip but it only took her about 20 minutes to do us both! 10 minutes for my dog. I met the owner and she was very nice and funny. My dogs nails were great and the tech was also a very sweet young lady. read more

I've been going to this grooming place for a couple of years now. The previous owner(s) did a great job grooming my dogs, but the place always looked like it was kind of in shambles. BUT! Now it's under new management and the place is cleaner; it smells nicer; they FINALLY accept debit/credit (with a $2 fee); and I love the groomers who take care of my pups. They always look great after their grooming!The prices are reasonable and I will definitely stay as a customer here for a while. read more

I called in so last minute I thought they wouldn't have time to cut my my dogs hair, luckily they did. I wasn't so sure how well they would cut my dogs hair but they literally almost made me cry. She looked so beautiful when I picked her up and I almost couldn't recognize her. They did an amazing job on my Shih Tzu Coco, I will most definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family. The people are awesome and treated our dog like a queen! Very caring, take their time and did a great job.

This place is disgusting in the way they treat animals. The staff is not friendly at all. I have been sitting here waiting for my dog to be finished and you can hear the workers yell at the other dogs saying "what is wrong with you" and other horrible comments. This is not how our fur babies should be treated at all. I will NEVER come back to this groomer ever. Hands down worst service I have received. read more

I have used this groomer the last three times and she does a good job but I can't deal with making a 10am appointment and not starting them until 2pm My dogs are my babies and to have them just sitting there for hours when they could have been home with me is unacceptable. I also live a half hour away so now I will be in rush hour traffic on a Friday. Just be honest about the timing. I will not go back. read more

I've been having trouble finding a groomer that can hold my wiggly little two year old pug chihuahua mix and clip her nails. They did such a great job with her. She was so happy and her fur was nice and soft and her nails were trimmed perfectly and she wasn't traumatized. The last groomer had her so traumatized she pooped in the car soon as I got her in it. my first time taking my dogs to this location. I have had the same groomer for about 10 years but wanted to find a location a little closer to me and rotate between locations, so decided to try Shear Ecstasy. I dropped both my dogs off at 10am was told about 3 1/2 hours, ok sounds good. I walked into the shop around 1:15pm and heard " UGHHH SHUT UP !" immediately i was trying to calm myself down before i jumped to any conclusions. There was another dog there, however i do know my dogs are spoiled and were possibly crying. HOWEVER that is NEVER a reason to talk to my dogs like that when i AM PAYING YOU for a service! i was greeted by a young lady that told me only one of my dogs were ALMOST done and my other was only washed. I had a appt across town and could not wait any longer for my dogs, so i told her i will take my dogs as is. Bruno came out he looked good ! Pepper comes out fluffy from a wash and they did clean up her sanitary area " thanks" i do appreciate that .. however after 3.5 hours i expected my babies to be ready. I understand things happen, but as a groomer or business i expected communication, text , call anything to let me know it would be longer. there was no communication other than you choosing to yell at my dogs. Im very glad i walked in when i did because who knows you prob talked worse and im sorry i do not tolerate that. I did pay for brunos grooming and you still charged me for the wash and sanitary cleaning for pepper, i pay my dues even if the service was not what i expected but that $103 was worth me knowing my dogs will never be going back . I understand the importance of small businesses and im not trying to bring negativity, however i know the importance of providing good service and to be completely comfortable when leaving my fur babies and I do not. When i paid i did tell the yound lady why i was not giving a tip and that i heard the "UGHHHH SHUT UP" her facial expression and the loss of color to her face told me what i needed to know. please do better, if you were having a bad day please take a moment to walk away or call us to pick up our animals. I love my dogs and lets say, you say you werent talking to them.. then who else were you talking to ? there was another large poodle there. Now i do have to share "kind of funny" but Pepper is now walking around with what looks like a rather large but-hole hahahah she has fluffy fur and you clipped her sanitary area so its very noticeable. The best groomer in the West side of town! We took our dog Khloé first who can be a little snippy when you cut around her paws but they were patient and the outcome was my dog looked fabulous. Awful service and attitude!!! I have utilized this groomer many times before under the prior owner and never had any issues, that's why I kept going back! However under the new owner, the service is awful. I had my adult daughter drop off our dog as I was out of town and I had an Allesea Ramirez call me with such attitude and disrespect because my daughter was running late to pick up the dog. I tried explaining my daughter had dropped off our dog I was out of town and my daughter was ten minutes away the behavior and disrespect continued. My family and I will not be back nor recommend this place to anyone! read more
