This diner was "ok". Mostly townies and not many there at that even though it was dinnertime. Waitress and wait staff were fine, friendly and efficient. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. If I wasn't starved I might have hated it but the club sandwich and fries hit the spot for me. Doubtful I'd ever stop again though. Probably should be a two star review but I don't want to be mean. The people seem to be trying hard and making do with what they have to work with. read more

This is a very clean diner. We've had several items off their breakfast menu (they serve breakfast all day!) and have been very pleased. The waitress are very kind and helpful. The food is made to order and delicious! I've not tried any of the lunch or dinner items yet, we're on a meat-break, but once we are back to eating meat I'll update. read more

I just left the diner after finishing my breakfast. I've had two strokes which has left me left side partial paralization. I tried to request the name of her boss and to ask him when would be a good time to talk with him I needed 5 minutes. My speech has been effected somewhat and as I am asking her my question, she looked at me like I was stupid and said "what are trying to say# I replied don't look at me like that all hateful. She went off on me with language that would make a sailor cringe. F---- this and F----that and F----you. Telling me I didn't run anything around there and get the F--out of here! After a loved one's funeral the family wanted to have dinner together. The staff here accommodated our large family, separated our group from other diners and provided the most excellent service I have received in any restaurant in a very long time. I am out of town on business and I decided to stop in to pick up a to go meal since they were closing in 45 minutes (I prefer not to eat at places right before they close). As I pull in, the waitress rolls her eyes and looks very irritated. I walked in and asked them politely if they are still open and she says yes, only for 45 minutes. I told her that not to worry that I saw her rude behavior through her huge glass windows out front and I won't be eating there since it was such a chore. She looked shocked because I actually called her out on her rude behavior. Little did she know, I was paying with a company card and I always tip very well on my company card and I was just wanting a to go order!! Definitely won't be stopping in here anytime. read more

I have to warn everybody! Stay away from this local dive. The young waitress seats us at a booth and proceeds to take my male companion's drink order -BUT problem is, she hasn't seated me yet as she is blocking the mouth of the booth so I can't sit. My partner brushes it off as she's busy. Yeah, right. I ordered an egg white omelet, with my veggies cooked well done, not raw and the young waitress mumbled something unintelligeable. I get my dish, its not egg whites and the veggies are raw and they use canned mushrooms. Canned. I look at the paper she used to write up the order and she didn't even order what I wanted. I knew if I sent it back, she'd probably spit on it. We ended up going across the street to Starbucks, was greeted with a smile and I was treated like a human being. I'm sure this is a "fav" of the locals and there are some regulars. ok. but this is warning to those smart enough to Yelp an establishment before they spend their money foolishly. read more

I agree with the previous posting, I did not think it could be that bad, but they were right, this must be the rule and not the exception will not return and would not recommend 45 minutes for food and then it was cold, poor service heed the warning !!! read more

The food is mediocre and there is some friendly staff but the waitress we had was just plain rude. Spent $26 on a poorly made club sandwich, some boxed kraft Mac n cheese, and a skillet breakfast that had way over cooked steak. We waited for atleast 30 mins for our food and there was maybe 4 other occupied tables in there. Not impressed and will not be returning. I'm surprised they stay in business to be honest. read more

There are a group of us senior fellows who meet for breakfast once a week. We've tried every place in town, usually for several weeks in a row to try to eliminate the chance that a restaurant is just having an off week. After our rigorous testing, we have come to the conclusion that Boulevard Diner is far and away the best place to go in the Bartlesville area for breakfast. Their service is excellent, the food is well prepared, the prices are reasonable, and the coffee is plentiful. read more

Tchi Tchi Burger is really good. It has jalapeños, onions, and the burger is stuffed with sausage. Onion rings are hit or miss depending on when they changed the grease. read more

I have been coming here every weekend with my friend for 4+ years. We have always had great service. My friend has some disabilities with his special needs. The wait staff always makes a fuss over my friend and makes him feel like he is important. The food is always good with large quantities and reasonable prices. Revising my earlier review. Went back in April and again this week. Reuben had very little meat or sauerkraut, and French dip sandwich was bland. Pork chops were too tough to eat. No iced tea, water or coffee refills offered. Vacuum going during our meal this week. They do, though, make sure to open the door to folks with mobility issues. I think they may be up and down depending on staff. The Boulevard is a gem-- open at all hours and on holidays. A real resource for B'ville folks who sometimes need a home-cooked meal when they aren't able to cook for themselves. Prices are great, portions are huge, and a little kindness toward the waitstaff will make you a friend for life. Very helpful to seniors in need of a little assistance getting through the door. Huge menu to make everybody happy. I am so thankful they are there for my family and me. read more

This place is a great greasy spoon. Very greasy, very spoonish. The first time I went here was about three years ago; it was about 6 am, and I was very drunk, so in response to an earlier reviewer's criticism, I don't remember whether or not the mushrooms were canned, or much else, for that matter. This second visit, though, was excellent. I had the everything omelette with hashbrowns. Very tasty, hashbrowns were nice and crisp, omelette was stuffed with (give or take) seven pounds of peppers, onions, cheeses, and pig-derived products ... it's what you're looking for in a restaurant that has the word "diner" in its name. read more

I've never before had to leave an eating establishment without receiving what I ordered. There were only 3 people in my party. It took us flagging down a waitress just to get a glass of water, after waiting more than 10 minutes. We finally got to order, and we ordered simple and basic breakfast. No special orders. We then waited another 40 minutes with no food ever coming. We finally paid for the coffee and orange juice we had consumed and left. Disgusting fast good breakfast is a better alternative to this place. I will NOT ever be back. The wait staff was rude and unhelpful. Super disappointed. read more
