New owners have made changes to the menu to cut back on quality and the amount of food and also raised prices. I ordered a cheesy steak sub and had traces of cheese that you could only find after it was in the refrigerator overnight. I complained to the owner who told me nothing has changed and this was a old family recipe. I have gone to this place for 12 years and after several bad food dinners I am done. So a few weeks ago I made a phone order and I went to get it. The guy at the register gave me crap about there not being an order, so I said "what am I trying to do get a free pizza??" I placed the order myself and paid for it already. Says the manager, with attitude, "Oh, well you should have said it was already paid for, that's in a different program." I got my pizza, and told him he should have looked in that "other" program BEFORE he accused me of trying to cheat them. Have been a loyal customer of Boulevard for more than 14 years, more than $2000 annually and got treated like crap tonight by their manager Mike when they and their staff had no clue how to handle a gift certificate they issued for the second time in a week and Mike got the phone order incorrect and sent the poor delivery kid out to do his bidding. OK food assuming you don;t need any personal service or ever have an issue with them. The service is horrible, find someone else to patronize! This company lost the business of myself and my colleagues today. We order from them multiple times a week and because the orders are made all at once and come to the same address we were told that only 1 delivery fee would be charged. Today when speaking with a woman there she told me she couldn't do that, talked to her manager but failed to put me on mute so I heard her saying that she "can't deal with these people today". The food is decent but there are plenty of other places willing to pass up on pennies to make dollars with much better customer service. Lord Pizza will have our business from now on. Let me preface this by saying we stopped eating here for a while because the service was so bad. Decided to give it another shot because it's so nearby...big mistake. We ordered before 7pm on a Tuesday night, and around 815 we called wondering where it was (we live 5 minutes away, and they gave us a 30 minute wait time). Maybe they got lost? Nope, the food is sitting there, and they tell us "Oh we have it here, it'll be out the door in five minutes. What are we supposed to do? It got busy." Notice there was no apology in there. We have been ordering Boulevard Pizza delivery almost every Friday night for over 10 years. Our standard order is a large cheese and small pepperoni, both well done. The delivery gentleman is prompt and friendly; the pizza is always received hot. I see there are a number of negative reviews and I have to say I've never ordered a sub but the salads are as disappointing as most pizza joint salads are and my children enjoy the chicken wings and tenders. I would recommend this cheese or pepperoni pizza delivery any day. read more

We order from this place all the time. We got food last night and this morning the delivery boys mother drove to our house to confront us about giving her son a bad tip. I picked up takeout from this place around 9:00pm; I ordered a pizza and my wife ordered a salad with chicken and extra fresh mushrooms. Paid and when the order came out they had 2 pizzas (I only ordered 1) and already charged me. They told me the registers were off and next time they would take care of me. When I got home, the mushrooms on her salad were freaking GRILLED MUSHROOM instead of the fresh she ordered and put on the lettuce HOT! There were about 5 other mistakes too. Went back and the guy says, "That's how I like it, with hot mushrooms." No one does. To make a long story short he refused to give us any deal and even screwed up my order again. In fact I was a dollar short in cash and that ignorant asshole made me use my card for the dollar! Got home, worst pizza ever. They don't let the younger kids who can understand what you're saying take the orders and they don't listen or write down directions. Un-freaking-believable. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Been coming here for years and never had an issue. We love the eggplant parmesan subs and the fish sandwich is great! Pizza is always awesome. The spaghetti dinners with eggplant or chicken parmesan are great as well. Big portions! My family enjoys the Caesar salad and chicken wings. Best sub shop in the area. We use Boulevard Pizza several times a month and have not been disappointed yet. They deliver on time and are always pleasant. The quality of their food is excellent and their staff is always courteous and smiling. I would urge anyone to try one of their pizzas, not like the cardboard crusts like so many "others" have. Grew up here, Went there and the smell of the place stuck on my clothes stuck until wash day. That means they either use lard or just in general don't clean often. I went here with my dad when i was littel, and it tastes the same, but i never smelled when i walked out of the place years ago.....so i'm not an expert but what is that about? DON'T DO IT!! Saw good reviews so thought we would try it. I will forever be puzzled at the 5 star reviews. Ordered a large white pizza with Bacon. Pizza cost was just under $15. I thought it a bit high, but... ok - it must be good to charge that much. Brought it home - and to say I was disappointed can not even come close to what I was feeling. If they put sauce on it, it was well hidden - and possibly there was a total of one slice of bacon for the entire pizza - and that is a stretch. When originally peeked at the pizza, I mistook the browned cheese to be bacon, however learned my mistake when I got it home. I was appalled. Called immediately and asked to speak to mgr. Some guy got on phone and began to argue with me the second he got on the phone. I expressed my concerns and my complete dissatisfaction - and he just continued to tell me that there is a 'mound' of food they use. Still not clear on what this means. He said it like 8 times. Finally, he asked what is that I wanted. I told him that I want $15 worth of food that I paid for. Either make me a new pizza or refund. He said absolutely no! Then he says call the owner. When I asked when he will be in, I was dismissed and told 'Next Friday' (which was a week away). Do yourself a HUGE favor - with all the pizza choices, walk right by this one - well, unless you like giving your hard earned money away for nothing. $15 Pizza that I paid for, does not even come close to the chains like Domino's (that the kids love) - and they charge $5.99. Made the mistake this evening of ordering from Boulevard again, after swearing this place off after several bad experiences. I ordered two subs and brought them home, as my daughter bit into her chicken cutlet sub, she felt something that was off in texture; she then pulled from the sub, a 4 inch piece of plastic wrap soaked in mayonnaise!! I have ordered pizza for take out from here a few times, mostly pepperoni and onions pizza. They are not the best pizza I've had, however, they were very good. I felt the it was much better than papa ginos or piezoni down the road. Haven't tried much else from their menu, but I'd recommend them for pizza. read more

The food is good when they get it right, unfortunately....The guy that often answers the phone has no manners, speaks English poorly, and cannot get an order right. We ordered a meal with extra ranch dressing and got no dressing whatsoever. The guy was impolite, kept asking my wife "is that all?" like he didn't want our order and got angry when he read the order back and had to make changes.
