I ordered the Super hero bounce and slide and the kids loved it! The staff was friendly and tied the bounce down and wiped it out before my group jumped in it. I'd give them 5 stars but, I was told a time then it was delivered two and a half hours later. The bounce was in time for my party but a call to let me know things were running behind should have come sooner then it did, so I wasn't waiting twiddling my thumbs. I even asked for white high peak tents and they had it which was awesome because none of the other places I called had it. The owners are able to customize your order to fit your event. This past weekend we celebrated my sons first birthday at Mililani Rec 5. We called another inflatable company, although they weren't able to provide their COI upon request. Jared at Bounce-A-Palooza was able to secure the date, time & desired inflatable upon request. The COI was sent to us in time to submit our contract. Day of the party, Austin and his co worker did a great job communicating when they were on their way to the rec center. I ask for the bouncer to be set up in a particular location, but with certain concerns, they suggested another place that was safer for the kids. That showed their thinking and professionalism. After the bouncer was inflated, they cleaned down the inside (it wasn't dirty), seeming like a second wave of cleaning before usage. That showed me that they really do care for the well being and care of the kids who use it. Overall, highly recommended and definitely affordable/reasonable. read more

After a whole day of searching and calling party rentals I came across Bounce-A-Palooza on Yelp which had 4.5 stars, I read their reviews and searched their website, and decide to give them a call. Before giving calling, I prayed, asking God please have favor. God is so Good! Austin was a big help, he was very nice and helpful. We ended up renting a water slide and a obstacle course for the price of 1. When came the day of the party, the crew were on time and they even gave us a few extra hours, when came time for pickup, the crew were on time again and Austin came back too. Yelp let me down. This company is possibly the most unprofessional company around. I would avoid ever using them again. Asked me to come early to show up 2.5 hrs late. No uniforms it's just kids, no sorry for being late. Didn't know how to set up took over an hour and forgot pieces 2x. Didn't set up tent because they it was so cheap they worried about the trade winds braking it. My pop up was fine. The owner operator Changed price. Made excuses said it wasn't there fault for late and crap tent. Threaten me to take it down after finally setting it up 2 hours in to the party. Rented a large moon bounce at the last minute for a community gathering. From Melissa whom I spoke with on the phone, to Cameron and Tyler who delivered and set up, the service was excellent. This was a great experience. Emailed on a Saturday morning received a call back to confirm my rental date and time as well as the details of setup and delivery. Today was party day and the delivery guys arrived on time and set everything up. They came back in the time frame they said theu would for pick up as well. We rented the Tsunami waterslide, I spoke on the phone and was told by the owner that this was one of the most popular slides and he chalked it up to be SO great. We ordered the slide and a couple tables and chairs for the day. Once the slide was up, the children were getting scrapped by it while sliding down. Once we noticed this, I immediately called the owner... he informed: There are Velcro stripes that hold a piece down on the slides for you to use it with water.. apparently the Velcro "doesn't line up just right," and there is NOTHING they (owners) can do about it. The owner said it has been mentioned to them a "time or two.." shrugged it off like it was nothing. Needless to say every kid at my daughters party had scraps down their legs and butts and these guys gladly took $300 for a slide that they 1. Knew was messed up & 2. Knowing this encouraged me to rent. We used them for another party last year and made sure to come back to them for this one..now, we won't be back and we will no longer recommend them to friends or family. They didn't even offer to give some of the payment back or bring out a new slide.. just kinda said "got ya." -- Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend business with these guys. read more

He tried to sell me the ultimate superior big ass package upwards of $800 w 2 bouncers a tent tables chairs and a generator - I was sold but had to change it bc city & county wouldn't allow 2 bouncers on 1 permit.. I called this guy to edit my reservation it was fine. But then the City & County calls me to say they can't approve my picnic permit bc his insurance policy was approaching expiration and he caught attitude WITH ME when I called to simply inquire. I called him today and again this guy becomes condescending and disrespectful plus impatient! I cancelled my reservation bc I refuse to give my hard earned money to such an asshole who has no sense of customer service!!!! Effing rude! This past weekend, my son celebrated his 4th birthday with friends at Magic Island. Bounce-a-Palooza set up a bounce house, seating area, and shave ice station. I had selected them because I found their prices to be most reasonable compared to the other party rental places I looked into. Bounce-a-Palooza was great! Several of my guests wanted to know which party rental company I used, and I was happy to refer them. I have to say, I was surprised when three very young guys showed up to set up, but they were all very friendly, professional, and fast. I think they completely set up the canopies, tables, chairs, shave ice station, bounce house, and generator under an hour, and they cleaned everything once it was set up. They provided us with a newish bounce house (only one or two uses before we used it), and the kids loved it. This was my first time planning a beach park party, and Bounce-a-Palooza made it so easy. So, my nieces bday was on a Monday, so I figured, with everyone home from the covid any day would be fine so I decided to surprise her on her birth date! I made this call at 8 am and at 10 am, Austin, one of the workers called me and said, they would be there in 15 minutes! OMG! I cannot express the joy I felt at that very moment! Nicole and her team made this possible! The birthday was great and with just 4 kids (trying to control the virus), we ALL had so much fun that day! They are punctual, text the night before to confirm, then day of 1 minutes prior to arrival, and again before pickup. Great company. Called about two weeks prior to my daughters birthday to reserve the inflatable 40' obstacle course. Blaze answered the phone and confirmed the reservation. They showed up early the day of the party and had the obstacle course setup in no time. The obstacle course was a big hit with kids of all ages. The equipment arrived in clean condition. If you are going to rent from this company please make sure that they secure your bounce house adequately while setting up. Recently my family and I were at a birthday party and the bounce hour from this company blew off the ground, up and over a bush with my 4 year old son inside. At first his X-rays showed that he was okay but after a second check up we have found that his collarbone is broken. When I called the owner of the company to speak with him about the incident he became defensive and blamed me for not ushering my son out of and deflating the bouncer when the wind become strong. Regardless, it is not my job to make sure the bouncer is not going to fly away. I will continue to recommend that my family and friends not use this company, but more importantly, I hope that they have begun using adequate equipment (more than flimsy 6in stakes) to ensure their bouncers are safe so this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Will NEVER do business with this company again. They were great on the phone when making a reservation for a bouncy castle for my 5-year-old's birthday party, and set up was very smooth. Twenty minutes after they left, the generator started spewing black smoke and the castle completely deflated. After leaving several messages, it took us half an hour to get someone to call us back. When they did, the owner (??) was rude, defensive, unnecessarily aggressive and totally unprofessional. He quite literally barked at me that we should get someone from the party to mess with a generator that was clearly not working, and refused to provide an estimate on when they could get someone to come back to fix or replace it. At one point he repeatedly kept asking in an annoyed tone, "What do you want me to do?" At no time did he apologize for the inconvenience or offer a refund. My husband eventually had to speak with this person, and when he asked for a refund for the time we missed, the person on the phone said he couldn't discuss a refund and replacing the generator at the same time. It was one of the most unprofessional and needlessly unpleasant encounters I have had with someone providing a service like this for what should have been a simple fix to a simple problem. When all was said and done, we did not have a bouncy castle for half the time we paid for, and they reimbursed only $45 after paying almost $300. read more
