The reason I am rating 3 is because I asked specifically for a female massage therapist and was told that is absolutely something that could be accommodated. However, the day of my appointment the front desk said "he" when talking about my massage. I was very confused and asked for clarification, restating that I had been very clear that I would only receive a massage from a female. I felt completely unheard and disregarded by the front desk and was told I would not be able to get a massage unless I got it from a male. When I restated my boundary I was told to sit and wait for when doctor Pat could see me. I missed out on the massage that day because they were not able to accommodate my needs.
