We went to bounce empire today and we're extremely accommodated for a misunderstanding. I was looking for a great place to take my two kids for the day and I called to see the prices. I asked the person how much for my party of 1 adult and two children to jump and the person on the line said that it's $7 per person for socks plus and additional $25 per hour for all of us to go in. That put me under the assumption that it would be 21 for socks plus 25 for and hour of play. I even asked to confirm this and the attendant said yes! I drive 30+ minutes to take my family and I get in just to be told it's $25 per person per hour plus socks. Of course I was really upset and asked to speak with a management about this. Right away the Owner!! Came out to talk to me and fix this confusion, I showed the call log and explained what I was told over the phone and they only made me pay for the kids. James the owner was so friendly and warm, made me feel heard and wanted to work with us and make it a great experience. He even decided to let my husband and I jump with the kids later in the hour. It made all of our days and really meant a lot to us. The staff was kind, efficient and wanted to make it a fun day for us. Keep in mind from a mom on a budgets point of view it is on the more expensive side so please do your due diligence and look at the reviews on line! The website confused me so I should have looked at reviews! Also there is a waiver so get that done before. Cost breakdown: $7 per person for socks $25 per person, per hour -food a percent off of the normal amount with this but still expect to drop a little bit on it Great experience overall but definitely a treat day for the kids! read more

We had a fun experience at Bounce Empire! We came on a weekday which was perfect. This place is probably a mad house on the weekends. When you first arrive you fill out a waiver and then they give you socks and a wristband. You can purchase food and drinks with it and pay for everything at the end. My 5 year old and I spent well over 3.5 hours here and there are lots of fun options including lots of slides, an obstacle course, and sports like games. A couple things I noticed were boys between the ages of 8-12 climbing on top of the inflatables and totally disregarding any rules. There are younger kids here to have fun too and I feel like they just took over everything and trampled over my kid multiple times. Not their fault, they are kids. But maybe the staff (or even ya know, their parents) can intervene and make sure it's a fun, safe space for everyone. The food was just kind of meh in my opinion. My kiddo loved the slider and fries, but my nachos were very bland and the cheese sauce was cold. I can't speak for the bar area because I did not make it up there this time but I saw multiple parents working up there while keeping watch over their kids. read more

My family & I came to try this place out for NYE. All of the younger kids were excited. I tried to call the venue for a week to get more details about the NYE event & nobody answered. It went to voicemail (Sarah) each time. Finally late morning on NYE I got in touch with Zoe. We spent a good amount of time talking about the event & pricing structure. There was going to be two out of 7 people who were not going to participate in any of the activities. One being a senior citizen in her late 60's. Zoe offered options for senior citizens or chaperone. Both option made sense. We get to the venue & they charge the 2 people not participating & just sitting $39 each, when we're told it was going to be $20. The employees stated they were told not to charge anyone less then $59 so the fact they only charged us $39 we are sure lucky but no socks provided?! The rest of our party was charged $59. At no time did Zoe ever mention $59. Then the icing on the cake was when we checked out there was random items on my tab. Champagne. I didn't drink or order champagne. How many people didn't check their bill? One star for the bounce area for the kids & the kids ordered food & it was good. Ultimately we walked away feeling scammed. I'm leaving this review after talking with the owner yesterday. I called to inquire about a birthday party and he took the time to explain to me what his business is and the difference packages they offer. Also how the business came about. It was nice to speak with someone that cares about their own facility that they built, why they choose Lafayette, Colorado and his vision of what Bounce Empire is! Too often I've called places and been transferred to someone out of state, or someone that could care less and cannot answer questions but will happily take your money to book. Sure we've done parties at Defy, Urban Air, Dave and Busters and the pricing is lower at 2 out of 3 of those, but I'm honestly sick and tired of the same thing. Also how run down the places are and the staff not caring to even be there. I'm happy to have a more upscale option to try out! How I look at this place is that it is a destination place to experience. To me to have something new and excited with an owner who put his heart into it, I'll happily pay to go to. Once we try this out I will update my review with pictures and our experience. But as of now I give the owner 5 stars for his professionalism and time to answer my questions and taking the time to talk. read more

This facility has the best variety of indoor inflatables I've been ever seen. The low stars comes from the price. This place is branded as an amusement park and priced as so. For my family of four, I spent the same amount of money for 1hr here as I spent for an entire day at Elitch Gardens. Their business model here forces parents to pay to enter the facility whether they are using the equipment or merely supervising their children. You literally pay by the minute. The potential of being a fun place for everyone is there. They have a bar, sports theater, and serve food. However, their business model ruins the experience. You get on par fun for much less at a trampoline park or Ninja Nation (right next door). read more

This place is just soooo much fun! Last time the adults sat out but this time we went inside the bouncy area and had a blast with the kids! There's a gentleman who works there named Eric who was just the kindest , friendliest, most patient human on earth. Just got off work and wanted to have a beer to unwind (1130pm). The little brown hair girl with freckles wanted to charge me a $24 event fee. (It's Saturday event). No way. Just be careful. They charge everyone that goes in even if you don't jump and it is expensive. My wife went with our son and our 21 year old daughter, and the bill for 2 hours the was over $250 but include 15% tip. That was with 4 adult drinks and 1 sprite. No way can they justify that price and only one kid jumping? Oh and you better start jumping 5 min after you walk in as that is when the time starts charging until you leave the door to pay. This place could be nice if they didn't try and nickel and dime you in whatever way they could. $20/hour per person + $4/everytime for socks as they cannot be reused. You cannot stand in the actual play area to watch your kids unless you pay even if you aren't playing. So if you take your toddler you are going to be paying to stand there and watch them play, unless you want to sit behind the giant inflatables hoping they don't get trampled by other kids. read more

I dunno. Paid almost $70 for 45 minutes for our 6-year-old granddaughter to jump on maybe 3 or 4 bounce houses. No where to sit if you are truly trying to watch your child and the claim that you can hang out in the second floor viewing area and monitor their activity is just not true. The ginormous bounce structures block your view from every angle so we felt that we had no choice but to follow her around (again no where to sit). And then there's the noise emanating from dozens of air pumps. Our ears were ringing when we left. My thought is that BE doesn't know what it wants to be. Micheline Star Chefs? Massage chairs? The Chris Brown after party that was supposed to be "hosted" by him was a rip off and a complete waste of money especially considering it was an extra 30 ish minute drive from the actual concert venue. They ripped us off out of our money. The stage was blocking the "host" when he got there 30 minutes before they closed. The "Chris Brown" after party was completely ridiculous and a complete rip off. The staff was so unorganized, unprofessional and couldn't answer basic questions. The "VIP" room was a joke; in the back corner with no windows or viewing area (bartender was cool). The VIP seating wasn't for VIP guest unless you paid for bottle service on top of the $300 ticket to get in. Once Chris Brown finally made an appearance people were over it. They had him in a back corner, with his entourage and the DJ booth completely blocking the view. Definitely not worth the money. What a joke! read more

My son enjoyed the time spent here with his friends for his birthday. He and his guests all had a great time. Lots of fun inflatables. It was nice to visit an establishment that was SO clean! The one issue we came up against was the knowledge level across staff regarding food allergies. I took an extra step to check with the chef about a cross-contamination risk in the fryers for gluten, even though a phone call with a staff member stated no risk was present. I'm so glad I double-checked, as there was a risk, and we had to switch from fries to a bag of chips. Just had my daughter's 7th birthday party here and I think it is going to be impossible to top! From the moment we got there the energy was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. We got to spend more time enjoying the party ourselves instead of stressing about organizing. Each one of her friends (ages 6-10) loved it and every attraction they jumped on had them repeating that this was the "best party ever". The place is HUGE and way bigger than what it appeared to be through the pictures. To top it off my 7 year old got a 1 on 1 lesson with the DJ and got to mix a few songs by herself. I don't know where else you could do this and she left saying she made a "new core memory" like the movie Inside Out. lol I believe it though because she says DJing was her favorite part of her night and already planning to have the rest of her birthday parties here so she can keep going back to DJ on their rising stage. This place is a riot! We came here with some friends during a weeknight. The slides, obstacle courses, and games are so much fun. It's refreshing to be able to do as much as you'd like without tickets, fast passes, or spending anything extra for each attraction. We did races, bounced around, and had a blast. Highly recommended. It does not resemble jumpoline or jump street at all it is exhausting to try and jump in the park because you do not move. This place isn't just for kids! My friend and I who are both over 30 years old went and had a fun day being kids. The process was really easy. We scan the QR code to sign a waiver before we got started and then we purchased socks, and they gave us a wristband that allowed us to scan, anything we needed throughout the day. Although we didn't order any food, we definitely had a couple drinks at the upstairs lounge. I wouldn't suggest going in the middle of the day because they had a mandatory meeting and there was no bartender and when you're there you pay by the hour. So we were a little upset that we had to wait over 30 minutes for a drink but they ended up giving us one free drink for waiting. The entire place was very fun and well-kept. Yesterday was the second time I've been there with my boyfriend and daughter. We usually have a lot of fun and no complaints. Until yesterday when we were checking out. The female worker that checked us out only spoke to my boyfriend, only made eye contact with my boyfriend, flirty, and didn't even acknowledge my presence. A little hospitality goes a long way when you are trying to grow a business. I've never felt like this in any other establishment in the 8 years me and my boyfriend have been dating. My 12-year-olds were disappointed with Bounce Empire. Most of the structures are similar, so there's actually not a ton of variety--about six of the same type of slide, that sort of thing. Their cousins, ages 5 &6, had a lot of trouble getting up the structures, so they sort of gave up after a short time. For the money, it's just not that impressive. Next time, we'll go to the Great Outdoors Water Park or Meow Wolf--both went over way better. read more

All things considered we really loved this place. It was huge with plenty of space to run around for my big kids 9,12, and 15. The building is new, the service was good and it was nice and clean. The pricing is a little high being $20 a person per hour for active players but considering what all you get with that amount it feels worth it. Wow! What a great time at Bounce Empire! I have 2 kiddos, one 3 and the other 1.5 years old. They had the most amazing time exploring like 50 bounce slides, mazes and games. There is so much to do for the kiddos and we can't forget the parents. There are massage chairs, a bar and a movie room they put sports on for you. Their food is fantastic. I ended up ordering the kids honey chicken sliders and one for myself on top of the buffalo chicken sliders I already ate. This place is so much fun for everyone and worth the money spent. We came here for my son's fifth birthday and as a family we had a blast! I do think that it can be dangerous and bounce rules aren't really enforced. We've been here 3 times and it's a blast. Each kid has their favorite activity and there's enough to keep them busy for hours. The bathrooms are clean, lockers are easy to navigate, the staff is helpful and nice, the DJ booth is cool. I've never been upstairs but it looks nice. read more
